CONNECTING TO WIFI NETWORK
ONLINE SETUP
On rst power up will be asked to select your language setting and then to connect to your WiFi Network.
After successful connection to your WiFi Network your Device Number will appear. Make a note of this
number as it will be needed to complete the online setup
The MyHeating App is available for iOS and Android devices via the App Store or Google Play. If you have
not done so already, download the MyHeating App to your tablet or smartphone.
Search ‘MyHeating by Warmup’
Once the app has been successfully downloaded and device number recorded you will need to set up your
MyWarmup account. The Thermostat can be registered via the MyHeating app or by visiting my.warmup.
com. Enter your details and email address you would like the account to be linked to. Once you have
registered check your email for a verication email from Warmup. Check your Spam email if you have not
received it. Click “conrm email” to validate your account. You can now log into the MyHeating app.
When you rst log in it will ask you to add a location. You can call the location the area you live e.g.
London, Manchester or Home, Oce. For people with multiple 4iE’s in dierent locations e.g. Home,
Holiday Home, Oce etc… you will have to add more than one location.
It is advised to have details of your current energy tari and pricing to hand, as these will be required
for the energy monitoring features.

You can now add your 4iE device by adding a room to your location. Enter your room details and your
4iE device number. If you have forgotten your device number go to the thermostat press menu, settings,
about and info.
Ensure you select the correct system type, Electric, Electric + Relay (if exceeding 16Amps), Hydronic
or Central Heating. Enter the correct wattage for system power as this is needed to give you accurate
readings for the energy monitor.
Once nished click register room to complete the setup. Your 4iE is now connected.
