Introduction
The WST-PEX009 Extender is a simple to use plug and play solution which lets the user extend HDMI signals up to 70m using a single Cat.6
UTP cable (not included).
The Extender supports HDMI 2.0 18G specification with resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD. It also supports High-Dynamic Range that enables
video content with enhanced brightness, greater contrast of black and white and a much wider color gamut, making it perfect for an
immersive home cinema experience.
The Extender features an HDMI loop-through output on the Transmitter which allows for simultaneous viewing using local and remote
displays. The built-in EDID dip switch enables the user to control the acceptance of EDID from remote or local display, ensuring maximum
compatibility with different HDMI displays and projector formats. Bi-Directional PoC allows for both power and data signals over a Cat.6
cable in a point-to-point configuration, this provides flexibility as only one power supply is required for both the Transmitter and the
Receiver. This is ideal when power outlets are limited in the installation environment.
The Extender also has separate optical and 3.5mm audio ports to extract audio from HDMI signals for non-HDMI amplifiers or soundbars,
making it ideal for supporting video with immersive multichannel audio.
Featuring IR pass-through, the source equipment can be seamlessly controlled from the remote display side of the installation using
compatible infrared remote controls.

Note:
Note. The Transmitter has default and copy EDID function (2 PIN EDID switch), the table list is as below.
Up dial stands for 0, down dial stands for 1, different digits combination has different EDID effect
Connecting and operating
1. Connect 1 source such as a Blu-Ray Player, game console, STB, etc. to the HDMI input on the transmitter．
2. Connect 1 display such as an HDTV or HD Projector to the Loop HDMI output on the transmitter.
3. Connect 1 display such as an HDTV or HD Projector to the HDMI output on the receiver．
4. Connect a single Category 6 or above up to (70m) to both transmitter and receiver.
5. Plug in the IR-RX cable and IR-TX cable to the IR jack port located on the Receiver and transmitter banal.
6. Power on the transmitter firstly, then power on the source and sink.
