1. Features
➢Support 8~320Kbps MP3 audio format, good sound quality.
➢Voice changing is convenient, available to use U disk to copy audio file to the internal FLASH.
➢Support built-in maximum 128M SPI Flash as a carrier of voice storage.
➢With the function of direction recognition, switching modes freely between no direction recognition and
direction recognition.

➢The off-delay time of relay can be set through config.txt file(0s~99s).
2. Application
This product is a smart human body induction voice prompter device, with direction recognition, external
device control, external input control function. It can be used in the exhibition hall, corridor, public places,
supermarkets and other welcome or prompt occasions.

4. Function panel
Note:
1. USB interface: can connect with U disk, copying voice files of U disk to internal FLASH memory; cannot
connect with computer directly to download voice.
2. Trigger is external input, can have an external sensor input, low effective; COM and NC are external equipment
control port, will close when body induction triggers to play.
5. FLASH capacity and voice length
This version supports 8~320Kbps MP3 audio file; voice length is related to the bit rate. The lower the rate is, the
smaller the file is. Note that the total size of the voice file cannot be greater than the capacity of the internal
FLASH. If the internal FLASH memory is full, the copy will be stopped. Note the conversion unit, 1MB=8Mbit.
The standard is 32Mbit FLASH, you can customize bigger memory 64~128Mbit.
The data in table is based on the MP3 audio file of 16Kbps bit rate.

6.2 Human body induction trigger
The human body induction is triggered only when there is no any other operations. When the human body
induction is triggered, open the relay, and start timing its delay time. In the process of playing, green LED indicator
light is on all the time; after finishing playing, light off. After ending the voice play, if it is not the relay off-delay time,
the relay will be still closed. Within the relay closure time, red LED indicator flashes with 2-second cycle. If there is
voice triggering within the relay off-delay time, the time will be cleared, and red LED is no longer flashing; relay
still keeps working. Besides, the relay is switched off without triggering operation within the relay off-delay time.

Note:
1. When voice length is more than relay off-delay time, if the time is up, relay will switch off and voice will
keep playing until finishing its play.
2. With power on, about one minutes later, it can play voice normally. In the process of powering up, do not
align the probe with the heat source or human body, that is, when the red light is off, it can be used normally
3. In the state of close, relay will switch off with key pressed.
4. Direction recognition must be from the side of the induction range to the
other side, and must be outside of the induction range. Just moving within the
induction range all the time will cause inaccurate direction recognition. Distance
to identify the direction is within 5 meters; over 5 meters there will be no direction
recognition or in the opposite direction.
7. Downloading voice
A. Copy MP3 format audio files to the root directory of U disk(only voice can be stored in U disk, no any other file).
If there are special requirements, users need to copy file to the U disk one by one.
B. Send Config.txt to U disk. How to create Config.txt:
First, create a new notepad on the computer, changing the file-name to Config. Open this file and set as below:
sp00: sp are small English letters, which means no play with power up. Behind “//”must be reserved.
cl00: cl are small English letters, which means no loop play. Behind “//”must be reserved.
cf : cf are small English letters, which are the relay off-delay setting marks. Behind “//”does not need to be
reserved.
Then, save files and close it after finishing settings.
C. Insert U disk to the host USB interface.
D. Long press both M1 and M2 button for 3 seconds at the same time. When red LED indicator flashes, start to
copy voice.
After finishing the copy, the red light stops flashing.
They are the relay closure time. The first “10” means that closure time is 10
seconds; the second “10” means checking again. This two kinds of time must be
the same. Behind English letters, there must be blank between each two
numbers. Off-delay time is 00s-99s.
This byte is interval time between the two body induction triggering. 06 means
that it takes 6 seconds from finishing voice play to triggering play again,
triggering interval time is 05-99S.
00: means that outside triggering play is the audio selected by VOL+ button
01: means that outside triggering play is the audio selected by VOL- button

8. Installation instructions
The installation is ceiling type. There is installation fastener, very convenient. If suspended on wall, the
installation height should be not more than 2 meters.
Installation Notes:
a) Forbid hot-line work.
b) Pay attention to the positive and negative, no random connection.
c) The load can not exceed the rated power.
d) Do not install in the place with temperature over 40℃ and large air flow or great temperature variation.
