MASTER TOOL MIGHTY WONDER
4-TON HAND-OPERATED CLICKER
Congratulations on the purchase of your new clicker. Made by
Weaver Leather, this clicker features a swivel-away clicker head
that allows you to see where you’re setting the die and offers
easier clicking. This convenient hand-operated clicker features
a 29" handle that gives you extra leverage. A height adjustment
nut makes it simple to adjust the machine for using 1-1/4" dies.
With a large 3" cam for increased leverage, this clicker is
perfect for using up scrap leather for key fobs, coasters,
spur straps and other small leather goods.
For your convenience, only minimal assembly is required.
The Hand-Operated Clicker features holes and mounting
hardware for easy attachment to your solid wood workbench.
Do not operate this machine until you have read this
instruction sheet in its entirety and the machine is
securely bolted in place to a solid wood workbench.
This machine is designed for clicking leather. Use for
any other purpose is prohibited and voids the warranty.

OPERATING THE MACHINE
MAINTENANCE
1) Place die on Clicker Board (F) without any material.
2) Ease the handle forward until the head is resting on top
of the clicker die. Please note: Do not apply pressure
to die at this time.
3) Adjust Height Adjustment Nut (B) clockwise or
counterclockwise until the Clicker Head (C), with the
handle in the down position, sits lightly on top of the
clicker die. This adjustment should be satisfactory for
most material. A few small adjustments may be needed,
depending on the size of the blade or the toughness
of the material to be cut.
4)After the machine is adjusted properly, lay your material
flat on the Clicker Board (F) free of any wrinkles.
5) Position the clicker die on top of the material and pull the handle
forward to apply enough pressure to cut through the material.
Safety
• Never use this machne unless it is securely fastened down
to your solid wood workbench.
• Always keep hands and fingers away from the clicker head
and clicker board during operations.
• Keep away from children at all times.
