1) Mount the Poly Lead Heat Sealer Attachment
Bracket (T) to your workbench with the
provided Bolts (K). Plug into the Variable
Heat Control Box (C).
2) Allow several minutes to heat up.
3) The Poly Lead Heat Sealer Attachment (T) is now
ready to use for heat sealing the ends of poly lead
rope. After sealing the end of the poly rope, press
the hot poly rope into the Poly Lead Cooling Block
(U) to complete the process.
1) Loosen Cap Screw (F) with an Allen wrench and slide
the 5-Hole Tube Punch Heating Block (Q) into the
attachment holder. Secure the 5-Hole Tube Punch
Heating Block (Q) into place and plug the cord into
the Variable Heat Control Box (C).
2) Insert the desired size of punches into the 5-Hole Tube
Punch Heating Block (Q). We offer punches in 3/16"
and 1/4".
3) To ensure that the punches cut the material evenly,
pull the handle down firmly and visually check that the
5-Hole Tube Punch Heating Block (Q) is square with the
Cutting Plate (G).
4) Attach the Guide (P) to the Cutting Plate (G) with the
Thumb Screws (R). To accurately center the punches
to the Guide (P), pull the handle down firmly so the
punches rest on the Cutting Plate (G) with the Guide
(P) touching the outside of the punches. Tighten the
Thumb Screws (R) to lock into place. Release the
handle and adjust the Guide (P) according to the
width of the material being cut.
5) Attach the Catch Tray (N) by sliding onto the Threaded
Rod (I). Secure it into place with Wing Nuts (J) at the
Threaded Rod (I) on handle and the Cutting Plate (G).

6) To change punch sizes, loosen the Holding Screws (S) and slide off. Replace with the preferred size and
tighten the Holding Screws (S) to lock into place.
7) Plug the machine into a grounded 120 VAC outlet. Adjust the temperature on the Variable Heat Control Box
(C) according to the material you are going to cut and the size of punches (see temperature recommendations
chart on page 4). Allow machine several minutes to heat up. Always try several sample cuts on scrap webbing
before punching your actual product. The results may vary depending on the type of material being punched.
8) Be sure the area where the cutting blade and tubes touch the Cutting Plate (G) is always covered with
Teflon®tape. Teflon®tape is included with the machine and extra rolls are available from Weaver Leather.
