of the appliance. Keep these instructions for future reference and

6. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above and
by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instructions concerning the use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance
must not be done by children unless they are older than 8 years
of age and supervised by an adult.
7. Always supervise children when they are near the appliance
and keep it out of their reach. This is not a toy.
8. WARNING! Avoid contact with moving parts. Never insert
fingers, pencils or other objects into the air inlets/outlets or any
openings on the appliance, as this may cause an injury, electric

clothing, and jewelry away from the air inlets/outlets during
operation to prevent injury.
9. Place the appliance on a flat, dry and stable floor surface. Do
not place on a carpet, uneven surfaces, tables or shelves. The
appliance could cause serious injury if it tips over. Make sure
that the appliance is placed in a location where it cannot be
easily knocked over.
10. WARNING! Do not let the power cord hang over the edge
of a table or counter. Ensure that the power cord cannot be
tripped over or pulled by children or pets.
11. CAUTION! To prevent the risk of fire, always keep the air inlets
and outlets on the appliance clear of obstructions. Do not
place the appliance directly against the wall or use it in close
proximity to curtains, tablecloths, etc.
12. WARNING! Always unplug the appliance from the wall
socket before moving, cleaning or storing it.
13. Never leave the appliance unattended during use or when it is
connected to the wall socket. Turn o and unplug the appliance
when it is not in use.
14. To disconnect the appliance from the mains, grip the plug and
pull it from the wall socket. Do not pull on the cord.

HOW TO USE
• Unpack and remove all packaging materials from the appliance.
• Check for damage that may have occurred during transport.
If any parts are damaged or missing, do not use the appliance
and return it to your retail outlet immediately.
ASSEMBLING THE BASE
WARNING! Always unplug the appliance before assembly or
disassembly.
1. Slot the two halves of the base together until they are fixed into
place.
2. Turn the fan upside down. Put the base onto the fan making
sure the 3 protruding circular parts on the bottom of the fan
slot into the 3 slots on the top of the base. Fix into place using
the 3 screws provided.

3. Feed the power cord through the cord routing slots on the
underside of the base.
4. Turn the fan upright.
USING THE APPLIANCE
1. Place the fan upright on a dry, level and stable surface.
2. Plug the power cord firmly into a 120 V / 60 Hz wall socket.
3. Make sure the POWER / OSCILLATION knob is in the o
position 0.
4. Turn the power knob to the desired setting. When oscillating,
the fan will swing through 45 degrees.

5. When you are not using the fan, turn it o and unplug it to
disconnect it completely from the power supply.

CLEANING AND CARE
• WARNING! Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance
from the wall socket. Never immerse any part of the appliance
in liquid or spray water on it. Make sure liquids never get into
the electrical parts of the appliance.
• Do not use solvents, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents, wire
brushes, sharp objects or scouring pads to clean the product.
1. Clean the fan regularly to ensure product longevity.
2. Wipe the exterior with a slightly damp, soft cloth with mild
detergent.
3. Dry thoroughly.
STORAGE
If you are not using the fan for a long period, store the appliance
upright in its original packaging or in a dust-free, dry environment.

son utilisation ou lorsqu'il est connecté à la prise murale.
Débranchez l’appareil de la prise murale lorsqu'il n'est pas

et retirez-la de la prise murale. Ne tirez pas sur le cordon

des lames est plus large que l’autre). Pour réduire
le risque de choc électrique, cette fiche est
conçue pour être insérée dans une prise
polarisée dans un sens. Si la fiche ne s'insère pas
complètement dans la prise, inversez-la. Si elle ne
s'adapte toujours pas, contactez un électricien
qualifié.

UTILISATION
• Déballez et retirez tous les matériaux d'emballage de l'appareil
et de ses accessoires.
• Recherchez les éventuels dommages survenus pendant le
transport. Si des pièces sont endommagées ou manquantes,
n'utilisez pas l'appareil et renvoyez-le immédiatement à votre
revendeur.
ASSEMBLAGE DE LA BASE
AVERTISSEMENT ! Débranchez toujours l’appareil avant de
l’assembler ou de le démonter.
1. Placez les deux moitiés de la base ensemble jusqu’à ce qu’elles
soient fixées en place.
2. Tournez le ventilateur à l’envers. Placez la base sur le ventilateur
en veillant à ce que les trois parties circulaires saillantes situées
au bas du ventilateur s'insèrent dans les trois fentes situées au
sommet de la base. Fixez-les en place à l’aide des 3 vis fournies.
3. Alimentez le cordon d’alimentation à travers les fentes de
routage du cordon sur la face inférieure de la base.

4. Remettez le ventilateur à l’endroit.
UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL.
1. Placez le ventilateur en position verticale sur une surface sèche,
plane et stable.
2. Branchez le cordon d'alimentation sur une prise murale 120 V ~
60 Hz.
3. Assurez-vous que le bouton ALIMENTATION / OSCILLATION
est en position d’arrêt 0.
4. Tournez le bouton d'alimentation sur le réglage souhaité : En
oscillant, le ventilateur oscille à 45 degrés.

5. Lorsque vous n'utilisez pas le ventilateur, éteignez-le et
