1. Important Information
1. ThenishingoftheShelvingSystemisextremelydurable,howeverwhen
assemblingtheunit,neverstriketheshelfdirectlywithahammerorotherobject
whenseatingtheshelf.Instead,usearubbermalletoraatpieceofwoodto
protectthesurfacesbeforestriking.
2. Postsaregroovedat25mmintervalsandaredoublegroovedat125mmforeasy
shelfpositioning.
3. Eachshelfissuppliedwithfour(4)blackpostsleeves.Thesepostsleevesforma
wedgetoholdtheshelfinplace.Toattachthesleeves,slidethemupthepostto
thedesiredheightuntiltheysnapintothegroovesensuringthethickerpartofthe
sleevesarefacingtowardthebottom.
2. Installation Instructions
1. Attachpostsleevestoeachpostatthedesiredheightforyourbottomshelf.
Ensurethepostsleevesnapsecurelyintothepostsandeachsleevesisplace
atanidenticalleveloneachpost.
2. Layyour1st(bottom)shelfonitssideandrmlyinsertyourpostsstartingwith
thepostsclosesttotheoorrst.
3. Moveyourunitintoanuprightposition.
4. Usingarubbermallet,rmlytapeachcorneroftheshelftosecureitinplace.
5. Continueinstallingyourshelvingtiersattherequiredlevels.
6. EachShelvingunitissuppliedwithadjustablefeet;onceyourunitismovedinto
positionadjustthefeettoleveltheunit.
3. Shelving Accessories
1. Clamps-Theseareusedtobracemultipleshelfunitstogetherforextrastability.
2. S Hooks-Theseareusedtoxbridgingbetweenshelfunits
3. Castors-Allunitsarettedwithadjustablefeet,howevertheycanberemoved
andreplacedwith100mmdiameteror125mmdiameterwheelcastors.
