It is recommended that you
complete a yearly maintenance
programme on your Fresh milk
system using the Primo Compact
Fresh Milk Maintenance & service
kit.
PARTS NEEDED:

Take off the
hose from the
left/inner side &
clean the canal
with brush.
Take off the old
duckbill & replace.
Screw pillar back
into machine &
replace cooler.
Remove the
mixer bowl.
Use pointed
pliers to remove
the pillar from
the machine
(anti-clockwise)
Switch off and
UNPLUG the
Primo Compact
from the mains
power.
Pull the cooler
away from the
machine and
remove the milk
tube.

Take off the milk
tube.
Unlock steam
hose by pushing
upper ring of the
fitting on top.
Remove the air
vent using no. 8
socket (anti-
clockwise)
Take out steam
hose, and remove
old venturi from
the milk adaptor.
Remove the metal
socket + duckbill
from the white
milk adaptor using
no. 10 wrench

Take off the
milk adaptor by
taking out the 2
screws on the
frontside

Take off the 2 old
gaskets.
Inspect and clean
the milk pump
canals with the
brushes provided
with the kit.
Fit the 2 new
gaskets included
in the kit on the
inlet/outlet of
the milk pump.
Inspect and clean
the canals in the
white milk
adaptor.
Fit the cleaned
milk adaptor to
the chassis and
replace screws.

Fit the new
duckbill to the
socket, & fit
socket to milk
adaptor - tighten.

Replace the air
vent using the
socket wrench.
Fit the new
Venturi to the
milk adaptor.
Replace steam
hose on top.
Fit to the new
tube to both
sides of milk
adaptor.
Fit the new silicon
tube and outlet.
Replace the
mixer bowl and
the outlet to
the bracket.

Restart the
Compact, and let
it heat up.

Clean milk system
with Milk Line
cleaner.
Test the milk
foam quality by
dispensing a
cappucino.

Go to 2.06 - service
management.
Reset Service
Moment Milk
system.
