Here are a few simple guidelines that can increase both your listening enjoyment and the
lifespan of yourWestoneEarphones:
• Always store the earphones inthe provided case.
• Do not expose the earphones to extreme temperatures.
• Avoid strong impacts to the earphones.
• Wipe down the earphones after each use.
• Never soak the earphones in water.
Usedwisely,your newearphones willprovide yearsofenjoyment.
Safety Tip
It is advised to turn the volume on your music player all the way down before connecting
your Westone earphones. After the earphones are connected and seated in your ears, then
you can increase the volume until you reach a comfortable listening level.
Warning
Do not use headphones at high volumes for extended periods of time as doing so will result
in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at all
times for your safety. Do not use while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or
performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.

Insertion Instructions
IMPORTANT - Before using the earphones, be sure toturn
down the volume on your sound source.
YourWestoneEarphonesare marked with an“R”for the right ear
and an“L”for the left. When using, compress the foam ear tip by
rolling it between your fingers.
With the body of the earphone toward the back of your ear andthe
cord pointing forward, insert the ear tip into your ear. Rotate the
earphone backward slightly until seated in your ear.
If using a foam ear tip, hold the earphone in place for 5 to 10
seconds to allow the foam to expand and conform to the shape of
your ear.
Thecords should be over and behind your ears.The
remaining cord can either be routed behind your head and
down your back or under yourchin
