3.PlacehexstemofTwinTite
indrillchuck&tighten.
Note: Wireformmayneedto
bebentslightlytofityour
make&modelofdrill.
4.Squeezewireformtofit
snugagainstdrillhandle,
thentightenscrews(2)with
5/32”allenwrenchlocated
inwireholder.
5.Placetopstrap(#701152),
bottomstrap(#701153),
andtwoscrews(#275131)
onwireformsothatthe
screwscanbetightened
fromoutsidethedrill
handle.
Note:Thegroovesinthe
strapsshouldfaceeach
othertoformacircularshape.
6.Tightenbothscrewswith
5/32”allenwrenchintop&
bottomstrap;makesure
thatthewireformisseated
inthegroovesofthetop&
bottomstrap.Wireformcan
becutifitextendspast
TwinTitebody.

1.Placedrillinvise&lightly
clamptoholddrillhands
free.
2.Holddrillchuckwithone
handwhileusingtorque
wrenchwithallensocketto
seewhatthecurrenttorque
limitis.
3.Toincreasetorquesetting:
Holddrillchuckwhileusing
a5/8”openendboxwrench
totightenadjustingnut
(#701145),andrepeatstep2.
Note:Tightentheadjustingnut
slightly;thetorquewillquickly
increase.Todecreasetorque
setting:Holddrillchuckwhile
usinga5/8”openboxwrenchto
loosenAdjustingNut(#
701145),thenrepeatstep#2.
4.Whendesiredtorquehasbeenset,repeatforoppositeside.
CheckingTorqueSpecs OperatingtheTwinTite
1. Placedrilldrivedirectioninreversetotightenfasteners.
2.PutTwinTitesocketsonthenohubcouplingfasteners.One
sidemayslideonbeforethesecondwilllineup.Slowlypress
triggerondrillallowingtheTwinTitetoturnandthesecond
socketwillthenlineup.
3.Pulltriggertothefullonpositiontotightenbothfasteners.
Whenafastenerhasmetthetorquesettinga‘clicking’
soundwillbeheard,andthesocketwillstopmoving.Donot
stoptighteninguntilthesecondfastenerhasreachedthe
torquelimit.Atthispointbothsocketswillnotberotating,
withonlya‘clicking’soundbeingheard.
4.Totakecouplingsoff,thedrilldrivedirectionwillbeforward.
