3. OPTIONAL
If you would rather have a Wood Door Panel (D) instead of Glass (M), use a Phillips Screwdriver to
remove the six screws in the Hinge (Y) that is attached to the Case (C). (Leave the Hinge attached
to the Door Frame.) Lay the Door Frame (N) face down on a clean, protected surface. Gently
remove the Retainer (X) by sliding it away from the Door Frame (N). Carefully remove the
Glass Pane (M) and replace it with the Wood Door Panel (D). The panel has shallow notches
around the four edges on its back side. Place the wood panel into the door frame so the notches
face the back of the frame. See Figure 3. Replace the Retainer (X) as shown in Figure 3a.

the Adjustable Shelf (B) at the desired location using the Shelf Brackets (Q). See Figure 2.
Attach the shelf to the shelf brackets by inserting #6 x 1/2" Undercut Screw (R) through the
bottom of the shelf bracket and into the shelf. See Figure 2a.

4. Position unit at desired location. Locate stud in the wall behind unit. Attach Clip (U) to wall stud with
#8 x 2" Black Screws (V). See Figure 4a. Attach second clip to unit with #8 x 1" Pan Head
Screws (W). See Figure 4b. Connect the two clips with Nylon Restraint Strap (T). See Figures 4c
and 4d.
If studs cannot be located, purchase proper attachment hardware for your type of wall and
secure the unit according to that hardware’s instructions.
