IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read this Read the instructions carefully before
using the appliance, and keep the instructions
including the warranty, receipt, and if possible the
box with inner packaging.
• This appliance is designed for private use, and
for the intended application. It is not suitable for
commercial use.
• Keep the appliance away from heat sources, direct
sunlight, moisture and sharp edges.
• Do not use with wet hands. Unplug immediately if
the unit is damp or wet. Do not immerse in water.
• Do not use outdoors.
• When the unit is cleaned or put away, it must be
turned off and the plug must be pulled out of the
socket (pull the plug, not the cable).
• Check device and cable regularly for damage. Do
not use if it is damaged.
• Try not to repair the appliance yourself. Always
contact an authorized technician.
• Use only original spare parts.

• This appliance can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and if they understand the
hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children unless they are older
than 8 and supervised. Keep the unit and cord out
of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
• Appliance can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and if they understand
the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• When the unit is cleaned after use, it must not be
submerged in water or any other uid.
• Be especially aware of “special security
instructions” below.

• The device must only be lled with cold water.
• Decalcication should be done regularly, as
needed. If this is not observed, the guarantee on
the product will lapse.
• Unplug when not in use.
• Never use a coffee jug on the hob or in microwave.
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Read this instruction carefully and keep them for
future references.

FIRST USE OF THE MACHINE
Read this instruction carefully and keep them for future references.
Please start the coffee maker with fresh water and without coffee before it is used
for the rst time.
Wilfa SVART Precision is equipped with a unique pump that always ensures you
fresh water every time you brew coffee.
USE
• Set Wilfa SVART Precision on a at surface.
• Fill the removable water tank with fresh cold water; use the water scale on the
side.
• Place the coffee lter (1x4) in the lter holder. Use desired quantity of coffee in
the lter.
• We recommend that you use ground coffee, about 60 g per liter of water. Try
out the rst times until you nd out how much coffee you think is best. We
also recommend that you use our Wilfa Gram Stål scale that gives 1g intervals
for best results.
• We recommend the following ratios of water and coffee:
1,25 l - 75g
Please note that different grinds and coffee types will
inuence these ratios somewhat.
1 l - 60g
0,75 l - 45g
0,5 l - 30g
0,25 l - 15g
• Set the ow control in relation to water/coffee.
• Turn the power switch on. “Start” button will blink twice.
• Press the start button to start to brewing process.
• Wilfa SVART Precision has a unique pump that pulls water through the system
from the rst to the last drop.
• When the brewing process is complete, the unit will go to a “keep warm”
position for up to 40 minutes.
• By setting the ow control to the right, it will act as a drip stop.
• The coffee should be served fresh.
• Turn of the power switch, when you are nished using the maker.
