IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read this Read the instructions carefully before
using the appliance, and keep the instructions
including the warranty, receipt, and if possible the
box with inner packaging.
• This appliance is designed for private use, and
for the intended application. It is not suitable for
commercial use.
• Keep the appliance away from heat sources, direct
sunlight, moisture and sharp edges.
• Do not use with wet hands. Unplug immediately if
the unit is damp or wet. Do not immerse in water.
• Do not use outdoors.
• When the unit is cleaned or put away, it must be
turned off and the plug must be pulled out of the
socket (pull the plug, not the cable).
• Check device and cable regularly for damage. Do
not use if it is damaged.
• Try not to repair the appliance yourself. Always
contact an authorized technician.
• Use only original spare parts.

• This appliance can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and if they understand the
hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children unless they are older
than 8 and supervised. Keep the unit and cord out
of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
• Appliance can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and if they understand
the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• When the unit is cleaned after use, it must not be
submerged in water or any other uid.
• Be especially aware of “special security
instructions” below.

SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS DEVICE
• The device must only be lled with cold water.
• Decalcication should be done regularly, as
needed. If this is not observed, the guarantee on
the product will lapse.
• Unplug when not in use.
• Never use a coffee jug on the hob or in microwave.
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Read this instruction carefully and keep them for
future references.

FIRST USE OF THE MACHINE
Read this instruction carefully and keep them for future references.
Please start the coffee maker with fresh water and without coffee before it is used
for the rst time.
Wilfa SVART Precision is equipped with a unique pump that always ensures you
fresh water every time you brew coffee.
USE
• Set Wilfa SVART Precision on a at surface.
• Fill the removable water tank with fresh cold water; use the water scale on the
side.
• Place the coffee lter (1x4) in the lter holder. Use desired quantity of coffee in
the lter.
• We recommend that you use ground coffee, about 60 g per liter of water. Try
out the rst times until you nd out how much coffee you think is best. We
also recommend that you use our Wilfa Gram Stål scale that gives 1g intervals
for best results.
• We recommend the following ratios of water and coffee:
1,25 l - 75g
Please note that different grinds and coffee types will
inuence these ratios somewhat.
1 l - 60g
0,75 l - 45g
0,5 l - 30g
0,25 l - 15g
• Set the ow control in relation to water/coffee.
• Turn the power switch on. “Start” button will blink twice.
• Press the start button to start to brewing process.
• Wilfa SVART Precision has a unique pump that pulls water through the system
from the rst to the last drop.
• When the brewing process is complete, the unit will go to a “keep warm”
position for up to 40 minutes.
• By setting the ow control to the right, it will act as a drip stop.
• The coffee should be served fresh.
• Turn of the power switch, when you are nished using the maker.

TIPS
• You can also use our Wilfa NYMALT coffee grinder to change the degree of
grind of the coffee. This will also change extraction time.
• Always use fresh coffee. For best results, the coffee you use is freshly ground.
• To wish for even hotter coffee, the coffee jug can be rinsed in hot water be-
fore brewing.
CLEANING
• Use a cleaning product for coffee. Remember to brew through with clean
water after the cleaning process.
• If necessary, the device may be cleaned with a damp cloth without any addi-
tives.
• Filter holder, coffee jug and lid can be washed in hot soapy water or placed at
the top
in the dishwasher.
• Never wash other parts of the device in the dishwasher. Never use strong
detergents, scouring powders, steel wool or other release agents on any part
of the maker.
DESCALING
• Use a commercially available descaling detergent.
• Descaling should be done, as needed. In areas with hard water, descaling
must be done regularly.

GUARANTEE
Wilfa issues a 5 year guarantee on this product from the day of purchase. The
guarantee covers production failure or defects that arise during the guarantee
period. Your purchase receipt works as proof towards retailer if claiming your
guarantee.
The guarantee is valid only for products that are bought and used in private
households. The guarantee is not valid if the product is used commercially.
The guarantee is not valid if the product is misused, used by negligence, if not
following instructions given by Wilfa, if modied or if unauthorized reparation
is done. The guarantee is also not valid for normal wear of the product, misuse,
lack of maintenance, use of wrong electrical voltage or:
• Not descaled according to instruction manual
• Overloading of product
• Damage on glass
• Parts which are normally worn down

• Les bruksanvisningen nøye før apparatet tas
i bruk, og ta vare på anvisningene inkludert
garantien, kvitteringen og om mulig esken med
den innvendige emballasjen.
• Apparatet er kun konstruert for privat bruk, og for
det tiltenkte bruksområdet. Det er ikke egnet for
kommersiell bruk.
• Hold apparatet borte fra varmekilder, direkte
sollys, fuktighet og skarpe kanter.
• Apparatet må ikke brukes med våte hender. Trekk
ut støpselet umiddelbart hvis apparatet er fuktig
eller vått.Må ikke senkes ned i vann.
• Må ikke brukes utendørs.
• La ikke ledningen henge utenfor bord eller benk,
eller komme nær varme ater som komfyr osv.
• Når apparatet rengjøres eller settes bort, må det
slås av og støpselet må trekkes ut av stikkontakten

• Avkalkning må foretas regelmessig etter behov.

• Bruk aldri glasskannen på kokeplate eller i mikro-

FØRSTE GANG APPARATET BRUKES

Vennligst trakt igjennom med rent kaldt vann uten å ha i kaffelter og kaffe før
første gangs bruk.
Wilfa SVART Precision er utstyrt med en unik pumpe som garanterer friskt vann
ved hver trakting.
BRUK
• Sett Wilfa SVART Precision på et att underlag. Sett støpselet i stikkontakten.
• Fyll den avtakbare vanntanken med kaldt vann opp til ønsket vannmengde.
• Plasser papirlter (1X4) i lterholderen. Ha i anbefalt mengde kaffe i lteret.
• Vi anbefaler at du bruker ltermalt kaffe, ca 60 g pr liter vann. Prøv deg fram
de første gangene til du nner ut hvor mye kaffe du synes er best. Vi anbefaler
også at du bruker vår Wilfa GRAM STÅL vekt som gir 1 g intervall for best
resultat.
• Still inn aromakontrollen i forhold til vannmengde/mengde kaffe.
• Vi anbefaler følgende forhold mellom vann og kaffe:
1,25 L - 75g
Vi gjør oppmerksom på at ulik kverningsgrad
og kaffetype vil påvirke forholdene noe.
1 L - 60g
0,75 L - 45g
0,5 L - 30g
0,25 L - 15g
• Slå på strømbryter. Det vil blinke i start knappen.
• Trykk på start knappen, som da vil lyse, for å starte trakteprosessen.
• Wilfa SVART Precision har en unik pumpeløsning som trekker vannet igjennom
systemet fra første til siste dråpe.
• Når trakteprosessen er ferdig, vil trakteren gå over i ”hold varm” posisjon i
inntil 40 min. Det vil lyse på startknappen under denne tiden.
• Ved å vri aromakontrollen helt til høyre, vil den fungere som drypp stopp.
• Kaffen bør serveres nylaget.
• Skru av strømbryteren når du er ferdig å bruke trakteren.
