Intro uction
Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury by means of fire or
electric shock we urge that our clients take some basic safety precautions when using this
evice. Please rea the operation instructions carefully an make sure you have un erstoo its
content.
Always use a grounded power connection with the appropriate mains voltage. You can find the
corresponding mains voltage on the type plate. If you have any doubts about the connection being
grounded, have it checked by a qualified professional. Never use a faulty electric cable.
Do not inspect the electrical part of the pressure pond filter in a wet or damp environment or when you
are wet yourself and protect it from direct sunlight. Install this device in a safe location so that nobody
can step on the cable, fall over or damage it. Disconnect the power plug before cleaning it and use
only a damp cloth for cleaning. Avoid using cleaning agents and make sure that no liquid enters the
electrical part of the pump.
The electric part of the device contains no parts that can be inspected or serviced by the user. Leave
the maintenance, adjustment and repair to qualified technical personnel. In case of unauthorised
intervention the 2-year warranty is no longer valid! Keep these operation instructions safe.

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for selecting the complete oil free compressor. The oil free series product, which is a result
of many years of experience, is combined with latest technology and originally imported key parts from
famous manufacturers from overseas. This product has be strictly impacted before leaving the factory.
In order to ensure its reliability and working life, it is strongly recommended to read the manual care-
fully. Contact the manufacturer or an authorized service partner if it becomes necessary at any time.
We wish you to be satisfied in using this product.
In case of any damage, please contact us for help. The manufacturer does not adhere for damages at
the product or injuries to persons or stuff due to a wrong operation or unauthorized repairs.
Please check whether the product is complete and the right model, when you receive the air compres-
sor. Check whether there is any damage of the machine and its components. If so, please contact the
manufacturer or an authorized service partner immediately to find a quick and complete solution for
you.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Our complete oil free air compressor (hereafter called compressor) can provide a non-oil-polluted,
pure eco-friendly air source, which can be applied to dental clinics, food and beverage industry, medi -
cal companies, health care centers, chemical industry and the scientific experiment field. It can also be
used as a vacuum pump. The advantages are as following:
The power engine takes advantage of an advanced designed system which optimizes the function
and consequently realizes a power efficient, energy-saving performance and high reliability.
We use new-developed, eco-friendly material for piston rings with the advantage of a small coeffi-
cient being self-lubricating. This replaces the traditional way of oil-lubricated compressors and will
not contain any harmful oily stuff which may cause a pollution to the air source.
The cylinder is processed with the art of surface hardening treatment considering the advantage of
light-weight and quick thermal conductivity which improves the wear resistance and reduces the
coefficient. This subsequently extends the life time of this machine and reduce maintenance time
and fees.
The air intake/outlet valve clack uses Sweden-made valves with specialized steel. It is processed
after 80 hours special treatment which guarantees a stable performance during its rated lifetime.
It has a proper mute-design of the air suction and a low-noise engine as well as a specialized
bearing to reduce the noise. All these new technologies promise a more silent effect compared to
other products of this kind.
The multiple pressure and overload protection makes the machine run in a stable condition. The
whole machine adopts a scientific design and a considerate conception to guarantee an easy op-
eration and maintenance.

USER GUIDE
Start the compressor by turning the switch to “ON”. If the compressor fails to start, please release
the air of the tank till the pressure decreases to 0.4 Mpa. Then the compressor will start.
In Order to stop it turn the switch to “OFF”, cut off the power supply, the machine will stop running.
There is a safety valve installed on the switch. When the pressure in the air vessel will exceed
0.88 Mpa, the safety valve will alarm and release the air. By the time of alarm, please check out
the pressure switch. Make sure the pressure switch works under rated working pressure.
If using the oil-water separator: after stopping the compressor, please use your finger to press the
needle below the oil-water separator to exhaust the dirty water within the separator.
The air pressure can be adjusted by the button on the oil-water separator. Turn the knob clock -
wise to increase the air pressure and turn it counterclockwise to reduce the air pressure till shut
down of the air source.
Note: When turning the knob to the end, do not force to turn it. Otherwise it will cause damage.
When you want to adjust the working pressure of the pressure switch, please remove its cover
and adjust the turning screw within. Turn it clockwise to increase the air pressure and turn it coun-
terclockwise to decrease.
Note: always pull the plug and cut the compressor off from the power source before any kind of
adjustments or repairs/maintenance are done.

REQUIREMENT OF OPERATION
Before operating the compressor it is necessary to read the instruction manual carefully.
The compressor should be placed in a dry and ventilated room. Keep the machine away from the
perishable, flammable items and chemicals. Idle times should not exceed two years. Necessary
maintenance and checks must be carried out before putting the compressor into use.
Crashes must be avoided. The compressor must be placed on a stable and balanced under-
ground. It should not be oblique during transportation or operation.
In Order to guarantee a good performance of the compressor, the machine should be placed in a
ventilated, clean and cool area. Dusty or dirty air as well as high temperatures in the environment
should be avoided.
Make sure that the compressor is switched OFF before connecting it with the power supply. After
connecting it to the power supply, you can start operating it. The voltage must not be more than 10
% higher or lower than the rated voltage.
The air compressor is forbidden to get wet by water. It should not be placed in a wet area to avoid
damage.
Do not touch high temperature components such as the cylinder head, exhaust pipe and check
valve to avoid possible burns.
The electric wire should be in accordance with the power requirement. The cable must not be too
long. Otherwise it will affect starting and power of the air compressor.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
Any maintenance work must only be executed after the power is cut and the pressed air is released
thoroughly from the tank. Otherwise it will be angerous!
Please keep the machine clean at any time and clean it regularly.
Drain dirty water within the tank at least once a week. When draining the water from the tank,
make sure that the pressure within the tank is below 0.1 Mpa.
Check frequently if the safety valve is sensitive or not. The safety valve must be able to release
the air easily. Pull down the shaft to reset it.
The air filter should be cleaned or replaced every 500 hours. Simultaneously take out the air valve
and clean it as well. When the air delivery volume is much less than the rated one, please check if
the air filter is blocked. Also check whether all connections are still tight. Check for leakages as
well. If the piston rubber bowl is worn because of dust, please replace it.
The compressor vessel must be tested every two years. Also check the outside. If there is any
rusty crashed spots on the tank or if the tank fails to pass the pressure experiment, the tank must
be scrapped.

implemented in the law related to electrical and electronic equipment and appliances.
