structions carefully and make sure you have understood its content.

Safety instructions
Before use, read the safety information and instructions in this manual carefully. Failure to observe the
information can lead to injuries and property damage.
Make sure that the screw connection is tight during assembly to ensure safe use.
Check the spreader for damage before each use. Do not use it if it is defective.
The spreader is intended for private use only. It is not suitable for commercial or industrial use.
Warning! This device may be used by people with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or a
lack of experience or the necessary specialist knowledge if they have been introduced to the use of
the device and are supervised by a person who is familiar with the device.
•Read the safety information for towing vehicle owners and towing vehicles. Know how to ope-
rate your tractor before using the spreader.
•Children must not use the device and must be supervised in its vicinity to ensure that they do
not play with the device.
•Read the safety instructions for towing vehicle owners and towing vehicles. Know how to ope-

•Wear appropriate protection, for example protective glasses, protective goggles, safety shoes,
etc.
•Keep body parts away from moving parts.
•When towing the spreader, do not drive too close to a stream or ditch and watch out for holes
and other hazards that could cause you to lose control of the spreader and tractor.
•Only use the spreader if it is safe to stand and in a stable working position. Pay particular at-
tention to safe use on black ice and in wet weather.
•The spreader is designed exclusively for spreading fertilizers, seeds or road salt. The use of
other filling materials is not permitted and contradicts proper use.
•When spreading fertilizer and road salt, observe the local regulations and the safety instructi-
ons from the grit manufacturer.
•Do not use the spreader near other people or animals.
•Only use the spreader at walking pace.
•Do not use the spreader in rain or strong wind. Never leave it out in the rain.

Assembly
Step 1: Gear casing and axles assembly

Push the axle (10) through the gear casing (3-1)
and secure it with the M6x35 screw (12), the
small washer (16) and the hexagon nut (18).
Step 2: Frame and axle assembly

Fasten the rear hopper supports (5) to the right
hopper support (6) and the left hopper support
(7), using the M6x50 screw (14), small washer
(16) and hexagon nut (18) as shown in the figure
above.

Fasten the front bracket (9) with the M6x40 screw
(21), small washer (16) and M6 hexagon nut (18)
to the right support (6) and left hopper support (7).

Slide a wheel (2) over the left side of the xle (10), followed by a large flat washer (15). Insert the
cotter pin (11). Place the second wheel (2) on the right side of the axle (10) and secure it with the
M6x50 screw (14), small washer (16) and hexagon nut (18).

Turn the hopper (1) upside down and push the slot (23) completely into the guide channel on the un-
derside of the hopper.

Fasten the hopper (1) to the supports (5,6,7)
with the M6x40 screw (21), small washer (16) and hexagon nut (18). Fasten the hopper to the sprea-
ding disc (3) with the release pin (20).
Fasten the control cable (1-1) to the front bracket (9) with an M6x55 screw (19), a small flat washer
(16), a lock washer (17) and a cable lock nut (22).
Note! The control cable (1-1) comes pre-installed on the hopper.
