ITS APPEARANCE.
Always unplug the kettle
when not in use, when lling
or when cleaning.
Spilled food should be removed
immediately from painted
exterior surfaces and the top collar.
Use a damp soapy cloth.
Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals
or scouring agents.
The bain marie insert and lid are dishwasher safe.
Never immerse the appliance in water.

WARNINGS
This appliance is designed for commercial use only.
This appliance must be placed on a level surface.
Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in use.
Never immerse the appliance in water.
Do not operate the kettle while it is empty.
Do not overll the appliance with water.
Never move or carry the kettle when it is “ON” or if it is
full of hot liquids.
Do not attempt to repair or replace the power cord if it
becomes damaged. Contact a certied service agent or

Be careful not to touch any hot surfaces. Make sure
the power cord does not come in contact with any
hotsurfaces.
OPERATION
CAREFULLY UNPACK THE SOUP KETTLE WARMER
AND INSPECT IT FOR DAMAGE.
Place the warmer on a solid, level surface.
Use with wet heat only.
Add 20 oz. (0.6 liters) of water to the kettle before placing the
bain marie insert into the warmer.
Never over-ll with water. Use the waterline marks at the base
of the kettle. Under no circumstances should the bain marie
insert oat, even when empty. Do Not exceed max level.
Remove any excess water immediately.
Turn the warmer on. The indicator light will glow,
showing that the unit is on.
Adjust the temperature control dial to correct setting:
Settings 8-12 are designed for initial warm-up
Normal control settings range from 1-8
Once the kettle has reached the desired temperature,
adjust the temperature control dial to a lower setting. It is
recommended that the lowest possible setting that maintains
food-safe serving temperatures be used.
Always keep the hinged lid attached and closed when
not serving.
NOTE: This soup kettle warmer is not designed to
cook soups or sauces, nor is it designed to
rethermalize cold or frozen products.
