7. Securely fasten front guard onto rear guard.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
TO CLEAN:
Always unplug the fan before cleaning or disassembling. Be sure to use a soft cloth moistened
with mild soap solution. Do not immerse fan in water or allow water to drip into the fan housing.
Avoid the use of gasoline, benzine, thinner, etc. as they will result in damage to the fan.
Use a screwdriver to open the clip on the front guard frame. To disassemble, reverse the order
assembly.
TO STORE:
Clean thoroughly and store in its original box.
ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Turn rear guard mounting nut counter clockwise.
Step 2: Mount the rear guard to the motor by matching the 3 holes on the rear guard to the 3
round pins on the motor. Push in rmly until the 3 pins protrude through the 3 holes.
Step 3: Tighten the rear guard with rear guard mounting nut. Be sure that the nut is screwed
enough or it’ll be ush with the outside of the motor housing cylinder.
Step 4: Mount the fan blade onto the motor shaft by matching the hole shape in the blade
with the shaft. Tighten the blade with blade cap by turning counter clockwise.
Step 5: Mount front guard onto rear guard by putting hook of front guard. Secure front guard
with clips.
Step 6: Use tapping screws to mount the bracket in the desired position. The mounting
bracket must be kept at least 18” from the ceiling and should be mounted to wood
surfaces that withstand 20 pounds.
Step 7: Firmly push the assembled fan onto the mounting bracket as shown.
