DESCRIPTION
This document illustrates how to replace the LED Assemblies for models 791 & 891.

TOOLS NEEDED
• #2 Phillips Screwdriver (Stubby
Recommended)
• 7 mm Socket Wrench or Driver
PARTS INCLUDED
• (1) 0027265 - 6” LED Assembly (791 Top)
OR
• (1) 0027266 - 12” LED Assembly (891 Top
& 791/891 Side)

Remove the racks from inside of the unit and then place the
unit on its side. Remove (9) screws and remove the boom
panel.
Note: Both units have 9 screws but the layout is dierent.
Unplug the LED assembly from the power board.
From a rear view of the unit, the:
Le LED assembly plugs into CN5.
Right LED assembly plugs into CN3.

Flip the unit back into an upright
posion. Using the 7 mm socket
wrench or driver, remove (2) nuts
that hold the rack holder in place
with the unit.
Remove the LED assembly/rack
holder. Remove (2) nuts that hold
the LED assembly to the rack
holder.
Using the new LED assembly,
complete all steps in reverse
order and you have successfully
replaced your units side (12”) LED
assembly. Your unit is now ready
for operaon.

Top LED Assembly Replacement
(Model 791 used in images)
Remove the racks from inside of the unit.
791: Remove (6) screws from the top panel.
891: Remove (7) screws.
Remove the top panel.
Remove (4) screws from the inside-top of
the unit.
Remove (2) nuts that holds the blower
motor in place; Remove the blower
motor assembly.

Remove (2) nuts that hold the LED assembly
in place with the unit.
Pull the outer covering of the LED assembly
o. Unclip the assembly from the wires that
lead to the power board.
Using the new LED assembly, com-
plete all steps in reverse order and
you have successfully replaced your
units top (6” strip for the 791 or 12”
for the 891) LED assembly. Your unit is
now ready for operaon.
