Operating principle

When pressure flows into the shank, the Boundon Tube expands and
the rod connected to the pipe line at the end of the bourdon tube
moves straight up and down.
When the rod moves upward, the sector gear moves to direct
the pressure by rotating the pinion gear.
Boundon tube is classified according to the pressure range.
About 32 types of bourdon tubes are used as parts to generate
a constant amount of movement according to the pressure range.

Precautions for transportation
If dropped and subjected to impact, performance may be damaged, so pay sufficient attention when transporting.
Precautions for storage
Select and store in a place with low humidity, vibration and dust.
When double stacking, the weight of the packing box must not be deformed, and always keep it so that it does not fall.
Precautions when opening the package
When opening the package, handle the item carefully.
When removing items, take out the product in a very wide area to avoid accidentally dropping it.

Select and install in a place with less moisture, vibration, dust, and corrosive gas.
Avoid places that exceed the ambient temperature specified in this instruction manual.
Prepare enough to block lightning or steam.
Avoid places with direct sunlight.
For the piping for the inlet pipe, use a flexible tube so as not to strain the pressure gauge.
When connecting to the piping, do not hold the case of the product and turn it. Be sure to use the specified spanner.

Use commercial pressure below 75% of the maximum scale.
Never apply pressure beyond the pressure range.
Avoid sudden pressurization and decompression.
If there is a possibility of pulsating pressure or impact pressure, install an overpressure prevention device such as a dampener or gauge protector.
Do not lubricate the moving parts inside the pressure gauge.
For regular inspection, check contact operation or trial within 1-2 times every 6 months.
If there is a large error in the indicator or set value, take it out of the product and inspect it.
The cause is expected to be abrasion of each part, corrosion, and distortion due to external vibration or shock. In this case, elimination of the cause,
adjustment, replacement, etc. are required.
