II. Time Setup
2.1 In the time display mode, hold down the mode button till you see the digit for the hours format starts
blinking, then press the start button or reset button to select the 12 or 24 hours format.
2.2 Press the mode button once, you will see the hour digit starts blinking, then press the start button or
reset button to set the hour.
2.3 Press the mode button once, you will see the minute digit starts blinking, then press the start button
or reset button to set the minute.

2.4 Press the mode button once, you will see the year digit starts blinking, then press the start button or
reset button to set the year.
2.5 Press the mode button once, you will see the month digit starts blinking, then press the start button or
reset button to set the month.
2.6 Press the mode button once, you will see the date digit starts blinking, then press the start button or
reset button to set the date.
2.7 Press the mode button once to save the settings, the watch will back to the time display mode

III. Stopwatch
3.1 In the time display mode, press the mode button twice to enter into the lap stopwatch mode.
3.2 Press the start button once to start time counting.
3.3 Press the reset button once to show the first lap read, the chronograph indicator starts blinking, the
watch is still working for the second lap time counting.
3.4 Press the reset button once again to show the real time counting.

3.5 Press the reset button once to show the 2nd lap read, the chronograph indicator starts blinking, the
watch is still working for the third lap time counting.
3.6 Repeat 3.4-3.5 to show more lap reads.
3.7 Press the start button once to stop the time counting
3.8 Press the reset button once to clear the records.
3.9 Press the mode button for 4 times to back to the time display mode.

Note: the time read display will be different from the beginning after 60 minutes continuously time
counting.
IV. Alarm Clock Setup
4.1 In the time display mode, press the mode button for 3 times to enter into the alarm clock setup mode.
4.2 Hold down the mode button till you see the hour digit starts blinking, then press the start button or
reset button to set the hour.

4.3 Press the mode button once, you will see the minute digit starts blinking, then press the start button
or reset button to set the minute
4.4 Press the mode button once to save all the settings.
4.5 Press the start button to turn on or turn off the alarm clock.
4.6 Press the mode button for 3 times to back to the time display mode.

V. Physical Parameters Setup
5.1 In the time display mode, press the mode button for 5 times to enter into the body parameters setup
mode.
5.2 Hold down the mode button till you see the digit starts blinking, then press the start button or reset
button to select imperial or metric unit.
5.3 Press the mode button once, you will see the height digit starts blinking, then press the start button or
reset button to set the height.

5.4 Press the mode button once, you will see the weight digit starts blinking, then press the start button
or reset button to set the weight.
5.5 Press the mode button once, you will see the step size digit starts blinking, then press the start button
or reset button to set the step size.
5.6 Press the mode button once to save all the settings.
5.7 Press the mode button once again to back to time display mode.

VI. Pedometer
6.1 In the time display mode, press the mode button once to enter into pedometer mode.
6.2 Press the start button once to start step counting, the pedometer indicator will keep blinking during
the step counting process.
6.3 Press the reset button once to check the walking distance.
6.4 Press the reset button once again to check the walking time.
