PRODUCT OVERVIEW
ENOR E is an enterprise
gateway providing cloud
connectivity to your smart
lighting network. The device
comes with an Ethernet port
that supports zero-downtime
Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware
updates for mesh devices.
RTC delivers highly accurate
data on time and date for
various end applications.
It is a part of Lumos Controls
ecosystem, which includes
controllers, sensors, switches,
modules, drivers, gateways,
and analytical dashboards.
Ensure that the antenna is positioned parallel to the wall

Step 1: Attach the screws onto the wall.
Step 2: Mount your device to the wall.
If Remote Operation is not
working
First check if the Gateway is ON. Then check if
the Gateway is active and is having time sync
with cloud
Once powered up, the device will be ready to be commissioned via the Lumos Controls
mobile app, available for free download on iOS and Android. To begin commissioning, click
the ‘+’ icon from the top of the ‘Devices’ tab. Select the required mode 'Ethernet' or 'Wifi'. If
Wifi mode selected, Enter the security code and configuration details like SSID, password,
security type etc. and the device will be successfully commissioned.
Once commissioned, the device will be displayed in the ‘Devices’ tab and you can perform
remote operations once the device gets synced with cloud.
TROUBLESHOOTING
LED INDICATIONS
USE CASES
If the Gateway is showing
time sync issue
Need to repower the Gateway .First the Red
Light will turn ON. Then gradually the Blue and
Green Lights will blink together and in sometime
it sync with the cloud. We can check the sync
using the Web UI or Mobile app.
