ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Rocker Board
Please make sure you have the following pieces:
IMPORTANT
Before
starting
You will need an electric or manual screwdriver
The Small Rocker includes 9 slats / The Double and XXL Rockers
include 12 slats.
2 Sideboards.
Screws.
Remove all wrapping material before you start to assemble.
Sorting your pieces will make assembly easier.
Do not tighten all screws until completely assembled and
make sure to screw the pieces at a low speed to avoid them
from cracking.
The color sequence will vary depending on each color palette.
NOTE: Your Rocker carries 2 slats slightly narrower than the rest, these will
create enough in-between space for a ramp and their pre-drilled holes are
not centered. These slats should be placed on the 3rd and 4th spots.
Start with one sideboard. Partially insert only one screw per slat, leaving the tip
protruding out on the other side of the board. Please note that the Wiwiurka seal is
stamped on the exterior face of the sideboard.
1
Align the first slat at one end of the sideboard, aligning the pre-drilled hole with the tip of
the screw you previously inserted halfway. Fasten the screw without tightening in full and
use a toothpick or alike tool as guiding aide to align the slat with the second hole. *Do
not insert the second screw until the slat is properly aligned, otherwise the screw may
pierce through the wood damaging the piece.
2
Repeat the same process for the slat at the opposite end and for the middle one. You
may sit the slats on the floor or a flat surface to make screw-driving more easier.
3
Repeat the same process for the rest of the slats. Remember that the 2 narrow slats are
meant for the 3rd and 4th spots to create enough in-between space for a ramp. These
narrow slats should be set up with the holes closer to the edge facing each other.
NOTE: If you don't intend to use a ramp, you may arrange the slats in the desired sequence.
4
Flip the sideboard to place the second one on top and start screwing in all the slats
without tightening them in full, always using your guiding tool to align the predrilled holes
and avoid wood damage.
5
¡Enjoy your new
Wiwiurka
Rocker Board!
Flip the Rocker upside down, in its climbing arch position, and apply downward pressure
in order to ground the Rocker. You may hear some tiny cracks which is normal when the
pieces are sitting into place. Once you have verified that the rocker is properly aligned
and grounded, tighten all the screws.
