Assembly
Tools required for assembly:
14mm and 19mm wrenches
hammer
1. Attach the handle (A, Figure 1) to the frame
using two M12 x 25 hex cap screws, two
M12 lock washers, and two M12 flat
washers. Tighten with a 19mm wrench.
NOTE: The two rear casters can be locked
so they do not rotate. Press foot lever (B,
Figure 1).
2. Insert the foot lever (A, Figure 2) into the
link rod (B, Figure 2). Align the holes in foot
lever and link rod, and insert the pin (C,
Figure 2) through the holes. Tap the pin into
place with a hammer.
Keep hands and feet clear of
table and scissor lift openings while
lowering load. Failure to comply may cause
serious injury!
3. Pump the foot lever several cycles so that
the table is out of your way while attaching
the cable.
NOTE: Place a 2” x 4” board straight up and
down between the table and frame so that the
table can not come down on you while attaching
the cable.
Figure 1
Figure 2

7
4. Route the cable (A, Figure 3) into the cable
nut (B, Figure 3). Run the unsheathed end
of the cable through the lowering
mechanism (C, Figure 3) and pull the cable
tight by rotating the screw (E, Figure 3).
Tighten the hex nut (D, Figure 3) using a
14mm wrench.
NOTE: You may have to turn the screw to line
up the hole. This will allow the cable to pass
through freely.
5. With the table still raised, mount the buffer
assembly (#74, page 11) to the table with
six M10 x 25 hex cap screws (#77), six M10
lock washers (#76) and six M10 hex nuts
(#63). Tighten the nuts securely.
Operation
1. The table can be raised by pumping the foot
lever.
NOTE: During transit, air may have seeped
into the pump. To bleed air out of the
hydraulic system, raise and lower the table
several times to work any air bubbles out of
the pump.
2. To lower the table, pull the release lever
fully. This allows the table to lower in a slow,
controllable manner.
3. Before loading, always lock the caster
brake.
Maintenance
Lubricate each friction point monthly with #2
tube grease.
Check the movement and wear of the wheels.
Always store with table in lowered position when
not in use.
Check for oil leakage from the hydraulic
cylinder. The scissor lift table was filled at the
factory with approximately 0.35 liters of
hydraulic oil. Add oil as needed.
To add oil proceed as follows:
1. Raise the table until it is clear of the
hydraulic cylinder. Place a 2” x 4” straight up
and down between table and frame to
prevent the table from coming down.
2. Remove the oil plug (#12, page 11) and add
hydraulic oil into the hole, as shown in
Figure 4. The oil level should be 1/8” to 1/4”
below the bottom edge of the oil plug hole.
Figure 3
Figure 4

8
3. When finished, screw the oil plug back into
the hole.
NOTE: If you wish to completely drain and refill
the hydraulic cylinder, first disconnect the
cylinder from the scissor lift frame. Remove the
oil plug and drain the oil. Reconnect the
hydraulic cylinder to the frame and fill the
cylinder with oil according to the instructions
above. Always replace the oil plug after filling
the cylinder.
