These instructions describe reworking a Wolf
ICBCG152T/S or ICBCG152TF/S LP gas cooktop to meet
Australian specifications.
WARNING
To avoid serious burns and/or explosions, keep
combustibles away from the appliance whenever a flame
is present. Surfaces and components get hot during the
use of the appliance.
WARNING
Disconnect the product from the power source before
starting this procedure.
WARNING
Turn off the gas to the product at the supply source before
starting this procedure.
DISASSEMBLE THE UNIT
1Remove the burner grate.
2Remove both burner caps.
3Remove both burner assemblies.
4Remove the knobs.
5Remove the bezels.
6Remove the burner pan and glass panel.
REWORK THE UNIT TO AUSTRALIAN SPECIFICATIONS
For the rear (12K) burner:
1Use a 7 mm socket to remove the simmer orifice.
2Use a 7 mm socket to install the 0.47 mm deep-bore
orifice into the simmer orifice holder.
GAS LEAK TESTING
WARNING
Never test for a gas leak with a flame.
1Brush a liquid detergent solution onto all gas
connections, then open the gas valve.
2If bubbles appear, close the valve and adjust
connections.
3Check for leaks again.
4Clean off the detergent solution.
ATTACH THE LABELS
1Attach the rating label (MF083) to the base of the
unit.
2Attach the blue AGA Makers Warranty label to the
unit near the rating label.
3Attach a gas type label to the base of the unit. Verify
the gas type label matches the unit (natural gas or
propane).
