A. BR4000 modules mounting with PC(I)4000 card

cElectrical interfaces must be plugged on the PC(I)4000 card :
5RS232, 5RS485, 5BC20, 5PFB485.
d37-pin connection cable (length 1.5 m) supplied with BR4000
box.
There is no module to plug into the BR4000 box.
This is a “ready-to-use” splitter box.
The electrical interfaces must be plugged on the PCI4000
card itself.
B. BX4010 or BX4010R modules mounting with PC(I)4000 card

cJunction amplifier module. Ref: 3AMP5 (supplied with
BX4010 or BX4010R ref.) must be plugged on the
PC(I)4000 card.

* Package 1 includes :
- PC(I)4000 card
- 4*5RS485 electrical interfaces plugged on the card.
- 1 CD-rom for the software installation.
* Package 2 includes :
- BX4010 or BX4010R splitter box
- 37-pin connection cable (1,5 m length),
- 220V power cord,
* Package 3 includes :
- 4*3AMP5 junction modules (to install on the PC(I)4000
card)
Electrical Interface mounting procedure
If the PCI4000 is pre-mounted with electrical modules like
“5RS485” (by default), or “5RS232” or “5BC20” or “5PFB485”,
you must:
a. unplug these 4 modules from the card
b. open the splitter box
c. plug the modules (5RSxxx, 5PFB485 or 5BC20)
from the card in the BX4010 or BX4010R box
d. plug the 4* “3AMP5” amplifier junction modules on
the PC(I)4000 card.
Important : Never plug electrical interfaces modules with galvanic insulation (ref. : 6RS232, 6RS485 or 6PFB485
on the PC(I)4000 or in the BX4010® splitter box.
