This building should be erected by
two adults
For ease of assembly, you must pilot
drill all screw holes and ensure all
screw heads are countersunk.
CAUTION
Every eort has been made during the
manufacturing process to eliminate the
prospect of splinters on rough surfaces
of the timber. You are strongly advised
to wear gloves when working with or
handling rough sawn timer.
BEFORE YOU START PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
- Check the pack and make sure you have all the parts listed.
- When you are ready to start, make sure you have the right tools at hand (not
supplied) including a Phillips screwdriver, Stanley knife, wood saw, step
ladder and drill with 2mm bit.
- Ensure there is plenty of space and a clean dry area for assembly.
-Not suitable for children under 36 months.
-Please retain product label and instructions for future reference.
-This product has been designed to be permanently xed into the ground and
not present a hazard.
-Ensure the base is level and is built on rm ground, to prevent distortion. -We
recommend that this product is situated at least two meters away from any
structure or obstruction, including but not limited to, fencing, garages,
houses, overhanging branches, laundry lines or electrical wires.
-We highly recommend that this product is not installed on a hard surface
such as concrete, or asphalt.
-To ensure the longevity regarding the colour of any plastic objects attached
to this product we suggest, such items are positioned away from constant
direct sunlight.
-Any modications that are made to this product i.e. Adding another unit
should be carried out according to the manufactures instructions.
-This product is delivered pressure treated with a water based treated.
Maintenance
Maintenance should be carried out at regular intervals. If checks are not carried out the product could overturn or otherwise
become a hazard. Check at the beginning of each season and at regular intervals. Access all the nuts, bolts and screws for
tightness, tighten when required. Check all coverings for bolts and sharp edges, replace any defective parts in accordance with
the manufacturer’s instructions.

To ensure the longevity regarding the colour of any plastic objects attached to this product we suggest, such items are
positioned away from constant direct sunlight.

Bolted Connection
When attaching the
bolt and the
connection, ensure
that the connection
itself sits flush with
the face of the
timber that you
have fixed it to.This
is shown in the
diagram to the left.

Erect the play equiptment on a
firm and level base, ensure
base has suitable drainage
free from areas where
standing water can collect.
(See front page on base
requirements).
Step 1
6 x 80 mm Coach Screws
4 x Bolted Connections
Place 2 Medium Posts flat on the
ground, parallel to each other.
Attach the Small Skirting to the
ends flush with the bottom and
sides of the Posts using 4 Bolted
Connections per Skirting board.
Attach the Step between the Posts
1425mm from the bottom of the
Posts using 6 x 80 Coach Screws.

WHEN FIXING BOLTED CONNECTIONS
ENSURE THE END FITS FLUSH WITH
THE CLADDING
We strongly recommend pre drilling
holes before xing screws.
Place the base centrally
against the Medium posts, as
shown in the diagram. The
Big Base should be fixed with
27mm overhang either side
of the post and 1430mm
from the bottom of the posts
to the top of the base.
Fix the Big Base to the Posts
from the outside of the Posts
into the Base using a bolted
connection and a 100mm
screw.

With some help, turn the
assembly on its side and attach
the Long Posts and short
skirting, 27mm from each base
end.
Fix the long skirting usng
bolted connections and fix
each post using a bolted
connection and a 100mm
screw.

Attach the Medium Rails to the
assembly as shown in the
diagram.

Assemble the Ladder, so the
Ladder Steps are the same
distance apart as shown in the
diagram.The Ladder Legs should
be pushed right up to the grooves
in the Ladder steps, so the ladder
doesn’t rock.

Stand the main assembly up
and attach the Ladder to the
inside of one of the Posts, the
Ladder end should be flush
with the Base.
We strongly recommend pre drilling
holes before xing screws.
Don’t climb the ladder yet as
the assembly isn’t secure.With
the aid of a step ladder attach
an Over Bar to the inside of the
Posts, adjacent to the top of the
Rails. Fix using a bolted
connection and a 100mm
screw into each post.
Attach the Short Post to the
other side of the ladder using
a coach screw and a bolted
connection and a 100mm
screw into the Base and Over
Bar.
Attach the Under Support
between the posts flush with
the top of the base. using

4 x Bolted Connections
Place 2 short posts flat on the
ground, parallel to each other and
1375mm apart. Attach the Long
Skirting to the ends flush with the
bottom and sides of the Posts
using 4 Bolted Connections per
Skirting board. Attach the long
rail to the posts as shown in the
diagram, flush to the top of the
Posts, using 8 Coach Screws per
Rail.

Flip the assembly over and
place the Small base
between the Posts as show
in the diagram.The Base
should be fitted 27mm
outside of the posts. Fix the
Base to the Posts from the
outside of the Posts into the
Base using a bolted connec-
tion and a 100mm screw for
each post.

the assembly won’t be
secure.
Push the assembly in step 9
up against the assembly in
step 7. Once central to the
opposing base, secure
through the framing on the
underside of the small base
into the step .

Attach the two Long Skirt-
ings to the edges of the
posts as shown in the
diagram using bolted
connections.
Attach the Short Rails as
shown in the diagram using
Coach Screws.

place through the rails with
100mm screws.

Attach the slide support centrally
10cm from the the edge of the
base and fix using 60mm screws
Attach a handle to the inside of
each post at the ladder side,The
bottom of the handles should be
320mm above the base.
Attach a handle to the inside of the
uprights at the slide side (handle
supports) the bottom fixing should
be 100mm above the base.
We strongly recommend pre drilling
holes before xing screws.

Attach both Roof panels to the
assembly in the previous step

Place the Slide centrally
between the Posts and bolt it
into position into the Base.
Ensure the slide is pushed
against the base so there is no
gap, before fixing screws.

the roof assembly as shown in
the diagram, 95mm away from
the end of the Roof panel
framing.

With Some help place the Roof
into position on top of the main
assembly, with the front and
back posts resting on the Roof
Supports. Bolt the Roof in place
from the Fascias into the Posts.

Dig holes 400mm into the
ground, where the Ground
Anchors will be positioned.
Place the anchor into the
ground and bolt to the inside of
of the four outer Posts. Fill the
ground back in making sure the
ground is compact.

Fix two corner braces to each
post using 60mm screws.
Secure through the brace into
the post and through the
skirting into the brace.

After completing assembly,
using a sanding
block/suitable mechanical
sander, sand off any sharp
corners or rough areas of
timber.
We strongly recommend pre drilling
holes before xing screws.

Fix the two roof trims to the top
of the roofs creating a ‘V’ shape
to cap the roof and fix in place
with 30mm screws.
