1 - SEAT HEIGHT
Pull up on the paddle lever with fingertips and allow the gas spring to lift the
seat. Release the lever when the desired height is reached. Your thighs should
be horizontal when your feet are flat on the floor.
2 - BACK TILT ANGLE
Lift the lever (2) to allow the back to move forward and back. Release the
lever to lock the back when the required position is reached.
3 - SEAT DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
Lift the lever (3) to allow the seat to move forward and back. Release the
lever to select the required position from the 5 available positions.
4 - SEAT AND BACK TILT ANGLE
Lift the lever (4) to allow the seat and back to tilt to the required position.
Release the lever to lock the tilt angle.
5 - BACKREST HEIGHT (LUMBAR SUPPORT)
Lift the backrest until support is felt in the lumbar region of your back. Lifting
to the highest position will allow the backrest to drop to starting point.
6 - ARMREST HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
With hand firmly on armrest, pull lever with finger and lift or lower arm
7 - BACK TILT TENSION
Rotate the knob under the seat clockwise to increase tilt resistance
