Stay supplied with tally rolls and accessories
Your terminal comes with a couple of tally rolls, so you can start
accepting transactions straight away. However, we’d recommend you
order some more as these may not last very long. You can order new
rolls and other terminal accessories, online or by phone, from:

Your iWL250
installation guide
The power supply should already be connected
to the base. If it isn’t, here’s how to connect it.
Allow to charge for two hours before
continuing with the next steps.
Make sure you have your merchant number to hand. You’ll find this on your welcome leer or email.
Plug into the mains.
Connect up your terminal’s
base unit
Place the terminal on the
base unit
The first screen you’ll see on your terminal is:
Make sure you have your Merchant Number
ready – then follow the on-screen prompts
using the ENTER or CLEAR buons.

Key in your Merchant Number
And press ENTER
Follow the on-screen
prompts
Once you’ve successfully installed
your terminal, you’ll see this screen:

All done You can now take transactions
To start a sale transaction, just
enter the amount and follow the
instructions on-screen
For all other transactions, press the
MENU buon
The PIN is a four-digit supervisor code
that you choose.
Ensure you can remember it, as it will be
required in order to complete secure
functions on your terminal, e.g. refunds.

To make sure your terminal operates effectively, always take care to:
Place the terminal on a flat, supported surface
Avoid locating it near anything that radiates heat
Keep it away from any wet environments
Care and maintenance of your terminal
Important: to ensure that your terminal has the latest soware and security updates, it is
important that you keep it connected to power and phone line/broadband 24 hours a day.
