2. License Key Request File
3. Your Organization Name
4. Purchased From (Your Supplier)
5. Date of Purchase
6. Contact Person and Email (In Your Organization)

Connect the VEOS unit directly to a display and speakers
to view start-up videos that will help you configure this system.

Step A: RS232 Serial Device Control:
Connect a RS232 serial cable
to control your projector/LCD using VEOS.
Step B: Recording: Connect a microphone to
record audio during "presentation recording"
* Presentation Recording feature is available
as an option on miniVEOS.

The miniVEOS system includes the following:

Step 1: Connect Display - Connect a display (LCD/projector etc...) to the VEOS unit
using a VGA/DVI or HDMI cable.
Step 2: Connect Audio: Connect speakers to the VEOS audio-out connector.
You may chose to connect to a audio system.
Note: Audio can be sent out over HDMI cable as well. Refer to the instruction
manual or videos to configure VEOS for sending audio over HDMI.
Step 3: Connect Network: Connect a RJ45 Cat6/5e network cable to your network port
(Switch/Hib or Wireless router).
Note: VEOS default IP is 192.168.1.1 To change network settings refer to the
instruction manual or video
Step 4: Connect Power.

Audio: use an audio cable to connect
to power speakers or your audio system.

a RJ45 LAN cable.
