ATOMIZER SERVICE JOB AID
Technical Support: 800-255-8138 Option #4
Safety Recommendations:
• Safety glasses and gloves should be worn during the service.
• Use in well ventilated area.
• Verify machine and all components are in good working
condition.
Complete Atomizer Machine and Components:
• Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine
• Power Supply Cable
• Conveyor Tube
Approved Wynn’s®HVAC Products:
• Airco-Clean (#ZW30208)
• Air Purier (#ZWA1601)
• MB-10 Tablet Kit (#ZW90010)
Preparing the Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine:
• Connect the power cable to the socket on the front of the
Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine.
• Connect the other end of the power cable into a
110-volt outlet.
Preparing the Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine
(continued):
• Fill the Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine’s reservoir
with Approved Wynn’s® HVAC products only.
• The green READY/ON LED light will begin to ash.

Preparing the Complete Atomizer Machine (continued):
• Insert the conveyor tube into the Cabin Atomizer Machine’s
reservoir opening.
Preparing the Vehicle for Service:
• Start the vehicle’s engine.
• Place the lled Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine on the
passenger front oor area.
• Position the conveyor tube to the inlet opening of the air
recirculation vent (under dash).
• Pass the power cable through the passenger front door upper
door jamb near the B-Pillar.
• Close all other windows and doors of the vehicle.
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the cabin air lter.
Preparing the Vehicle for Service (continued):
• Set the vehicle’s air conditioning to o.
• Set the temperature control to minimum temperature level.
• Select air recirculation to on.
• Set fan speed to minimum setting.
Preparing the Vehicle for Service (continued):
• Select front ventilation.
• Direct the ow of vents upwards.
• Open all air deectors on front vents.

Performing the Service:
• Press the ON/OFF button on the Complete Cabin Atomizer
Machine’s front panel.
• Check to ensure vapor is emitting from conveyor tube and
being drawn into the air recirculation vent.
• Exit the vehicle and close all doors.
• The Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine will automatically shut
o when service is complete.
NOTE: The Cabin Atomizer Service will run for approx.
10−25 minutes depending on which Wynn’s® approved
HVAC product is used.
Additional Service if Using MB-10 Solution:
The following high touch areas will need to be treated with a High
Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) sprayer to be most eective.
• Outside door handles
• Inside door handles
• Steering wheel
• Gearshift
• Front seats
• Rear seats
• Control knobs

Completing the Service:
• Remove the Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine form the
vehicle when the service has completed.
• Open all vehicle doors.
• Turn o the vehicle’s engine.
• Allow 5-10 minutes for the vehicle’s cabin to ventilate.
Maintenance for the Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine:
• Disconnect the power cable from the front of the Complete
Cabin Atomizer Machine.
• Remove the conveyor tube.
• Pour any remaining product from the Complete Cabin
Atomizer Machine and discard.
• Rinse the Complete Cabin Atomizer Machine’s reservoir with
tap water and dispose of mixture from machine.
