Product Overview
With the WorkCentre®PE220 you enjoy immediate, convenient, and easy access to high quality
printing, copying, scanning, and faxing – large office multi-functionality, scaled for personal
use. The WorkCentre PE220 combines the power of four separate devices in one extremely
compact package, with a print speed of 20 ppm and a maximum resolution of 600 dpi. That’s
up to 33% faster than the HP 3030. All this at a price starting at just $399!*
Individual users or businesses looking for a personal multifunction solution will appreciate the
cost and space savings that the WorkCentre PE220 brings to the office.
A single-component consumable for easy replacement, and an intuitive control panel for all
functions, assure that the WorkCentre PE220 will be easy to use and maintain.
A standard color scanner enables the scanning and storage of color documents as well as
submission of color facsimiles. The WorkCentre PE220 includes ScanSoft’s OmniPage®SE 3.0
and PaperPort®SE 10.0. OmniPage quickly converts hard copy documents into spreadsheets, text,
or HTML formats that can be edited and repurposed. PaperPort offers convenient visual
document management by converting scanned documents to PDF format.
Two standard features not found in competitive
products in this class are ID Copy and Auto Fit
Copy. ID Copy automatically prints both sides of
an ID card on the same side of a letter size page
– ideal for medical or dental offices that need to
document patient’s insurance information. Auto
Fit Copy automatically reduces or enlarges an
original to fill the printable area of a letter size
page – this is particularly useful for automatic
zoom reduction or enlargement copying of odd-
sized originals.
