Smart Pet Food Feeder User Manual

Read this manual carefully before use, and retain it for future reference.
Safety Precautions
Do not put anything other than dry pet food into the food compartment, otherwise, it may cause the
feeder to malfunction and could even compromise the safety of your pet.
To prevent your pet from knocking over the feeder, it is recommended to place the feeder in a
corner or against a wall.
Keep your pet from chewing on the power cord.
When dispensing food, do not touch the food outlet door (inside the food outlet).
The feeder is not recommended for pets under three months of age.
Children should only operate this feeder under the guidance of an adult.
It is recommended to replace the desiccant cartridge every month. Do not use the desiccant cartridge
if it is damaged or broken.
Do not soak the desiccant cartridge in water.
Regularly clean the dispensing tube to ensure smooth dispensing.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.
The appliance must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
Under normal use of condition, this equipment should be kept a separation distance of at least 20 cm between
the antenna and the body of the user.

How to Install
1. Remove the Cover
Press the safety lock on the back of the feeder and lift the cover.
2. Install the Desiccant Cartridge
3. Close the Cover
Align the front of the cover with the feeder and
then press the cover down to close.
4. Install the Food Bowl
Place the feeder on a at surface and attach the
food bowl to the feeder as illustrated.
5. Connect to Power
Take out the power cord from the power cord storage compartment on
the back of the feeder. Then connect the power cord to the power port
and plug it into an electrical outlet.
Power Port
Remove the cover and install the desiccant cartridge onto the
recessed area of the cover. Then rotate the desiccant cartridge until
its triangle mark is aligned with the mark . Make sure the desiccant
cartridge is secured in place.It is recommended to replace the
desiccant cartridge every month.

1. Add Dry Pet Food
Fill the food compartment with dry pet food. Make
sure the food does not exceed the MAX line and
then close the cover. This feeder supports dispensing
pet food with a diameter of 5–12 mm, and does not
support freeze-dried and special-shaped pet foods.
2. Manually Dispense Food
Press the dispense button to dispense one portion of
pet food (approx. 5*g). Press and hold the dispense
button to continuously dispense food. A maximum of
30 portions can be dispensed at a time.
*5g is a reference value. Due to the dierence in
composition, shape, and size of the dry food used,
the actual weight for each portion may vary.
3. Schedule a Feed
After connecting the feeder to the Mi Home/Xiaomi
Home app, you can schedule feeds in the app, including
setting the dispensing time and the quantity of food.
How to Use

Suitable for pet food with a diameter of 5–12 mm
Note: Do not use freeze-dried or special-shaped pet food (including but not limited to the above examples),
or pet food in large diameter, to prevent the feeder from malfunctioning or being damaged.
Install the Spare Baeries
Note: Spare batteries need to be purchased separately, and only alkaline batteries are supported.Before in
stalling the batteries, make sure the food compartment is empty. The spare batteries are for emergency
backup in case of power failure. Please remove the batteries if you are not planning to use them.
Unscrew and open the battery cover on the bottom of the feeder. Insert four AA batteries into the battery
compartment, and make sure the positive (+) and negative (-) poles are correctly positioned.
Then reinstall the battery cover and screw it.

Reseing the Wi-Fi & Restoring Factory Seings
Use a needle-shaped object to press and hold the Wi-Fi reset button for two seconds. When the Wi-Fi indicator
blinks blue, the Wi-Fi has been reset successfully, and the feeder has been restored to factory settings.

Note: The data will be cleared after reset. Please reconnect the feeder with the app to have your custom settings.
Enabling/Disabling the Wi-Fi
To enable or disable the Wi-Fi, use a proper tool to press and hold the Wi-Fi reset button for seven seconds.
The Wi-Fi indicator is o when the Wi-Fi is disabled, and the indicator blinks blue when the Wi-Fi is reset successfully.

Connect with Mi Home/Xiaomi Home App
Scan the QR code to download and install the app. You will be directed to the connection setup page if the app
is installed already. Or search "Mi Home/Xiaomi Home" in the app store to download and install it.
Open Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, tap "+" on the upper right, and then follow prompts to add your device.
Note: The version of the app might have been updated, please follow the instructions based on the current
app version.
This product works with Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app*. Control your device with Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app.
* The app is referred to as Xiaomi Home app in Europe (except for Russia). The name of the app displayed on
your device should be taken as the default.

Dispenser Tray
1. Open the cover and remove the food compartment. Rotate the dispenser tray at the bottom of the food
compartment to remove the tray. Then remove the food bowl.
2. Clean the dispensing tube with a cloth or brush to keep it clean and clear.
3. Clean the food compartment, the food stirrer, the dispenser tray, and the food bowl one by one.
4. Once all the parts are clean and dry, reinstall the dispenser tray, the food compartment, and the food bowl.
5. To install the food compartment, rotate the food stirrer until the food compartment is fully inserted into the
body of the feeder.
