Charging
●Charging the earphones
When the earphones are placed in the charging case, they will automatically start charging.
●Charging the charging case
Use the Type-C charging cable to charge the charging case, or place the charging case onto a
compatible wireless charging pad with its indicator facing up to charge it. The charging indicator on
the case is on while charging, and turns off once it is fully charged.
Checking Baery Level
●Checking the baery level of the earphones
Aer connecting the earphones to a phone, you can check the earphones' baery level on the
phone's status bar.

Note: The phone's status bar always displays the baery level of the earphone with the lowest
baery level. This feature is not supported by some phones.
●Checking the baery level of the charging case
Open the charging case's lid, or press the function buon if the lid is closed:
1. When the charging case's indicator light stays lit for 5 seconds, it indicates the baery level is
sufficient.
2. When the charging case's indicator light is blinking, it indicates its baery level is low and it
should be charged immediately.
●Checking the baery level by a Mi phone
Aer successfully connecting to a phone, place the earphones into the charging case and close its
lid. Make sure the Bluetooth function is enabled on your Mi phone. Hold your phone close to the
charging case, then open the case's lid. A notification will appear on the phone, then you can check
the baery level of the earphones and the charging case.
Note: When checking the baery level on your phone, please update your Mi phone to the latest
stable version. This feature is currently only supported by some Mi phones.
Turning On
When opening the charging case, the earphones will automatically turn on.
Sleep Mode
Place the earphones back into the charging case and close the lid, the earphones will disconnect
and go into sleep mode automatically.

Wearing
Take the earphones out of the charging case, and insert them into your ears according to the le (L)
and right (R) marks.
Note: Aer using the earphones, place them back into the charging case. This will extend their
lifespan and help you avoid losing or misplacing them.
Connecting
●Connecting the earphones to a new device
1. Place the earphones into the charging case, then press and hold the function buon for 2
seconds. The charging case's indicator light will start blinking to indicate that the earphones are
awaiting a connection.
2. Enable the device's Bluetooth, then locate and connect to "Mi Earphones 2 Pro". If a
passcode is requested, enter "0000".
Note: Before using the earphones for the first time, please place them into the charging case and
press and hold the function buon for 5 seconds to activate them. Once activated, the earphones
will automatically enter the awaiting connection state.
●Connecting the earphones with a Mi phone
Place the earphones into the charging case and close its lid. Make sure the Bluetooth function is
enabled on your Mi phone. Hold your phone close to the charging case, then open the case's lid.
Follow the on-screen instructions of the phone to connect to the earphones.

Note: The feature of quick connection is currently only supported by some Mi phones, please
update your Mi phone to the latest stable version.
●Connection interrupted
When your device is out of wireless range of the earphones or its Bluetooth function is disabled, the
earphones will automatically enter the awaiting connection mode. If the earphones are not
connected to any device within five minutes, they will enter sleep mode.
●Automatic connection
When the earphones are in the charging case, opening the lid of the charging case will
automatically connect the earphones to the most recently used Bluetooth device. If the earphones
are not connected to any device within five minutes, they will enter sleep mode.
Note: If the earphones cannot automatically connect to a device, you will need to manually
connect the earphones to the desired device via the device's Bluetooth seings.
●Clearing connection history
1. Place the earphones into the charging case.
2. Press and hold the charging case's function buon for at least 10 seconds, and release it once
the charging case's indicator lights up.
The earphones have been reset, the old connection history has been cleared, the charging case's
indicator blinks, and the earphones are in pairing mode again.
Due to the connection characteristics of the Bluetooth signal, in dense environments with 2.4 GHz
electromagnetic signal interferences, there may be occasional disconnects or no sound.

Function Overview
Incoming calls
Gently tap either one of the earphones twice: Answer/End calls
Music and voice assistant
While wearing both earphones:
Gently tap the right (R) earphone twice: Play/Pause music
Gently tap the le (L) earphone twice: Wake up the voice assistant
Press and hold either one of the earphones: Cycle through the
Noise cancellation on > Transparency mode > Wind noise
cancellation > Noise cancellation off
Taking out an earphone: Pause music
While wearing one earphone:
Gently tap the earphone twice: Play/Pause music
Notes:
1. The voice assistant function can be used only if your device
supports it, and this function needs to be granted permission on
the device.
2. When only using the le earphone, place the right earphone into
the charging case and close the lid.
3. The noise cancellation mode is not available in single earphone
mode.
4. The wind noise cancellation mode reduces the effects of wind
noise during noise cancellation.
