WARNING:
When making changes and
handling electronics in the XO 4
Unit – always use ESD antistatic
wristband (UC-600).
Tools needed:
Torx20 screwdriver
Torx10 screwdriver
Nipper
Hose cutter
Approx. 15 cable ties
Complete kit.

Dismount the cover (*1) from the service
door. On the left side of the Unit (4 Torx
20 screws)
The bottle holder system.
Fit the bottle holder system where you
previously have removed the cover by
use of the four Torx 20 screws.

The liquid motor pump for Water Clean.
Fit the pump in the farthest left position
of the XO 4 Unit by using the included
two Torx 20 screws.
The water tank with fittings.

Mounting holes of the water tank.
Fit the water tank and the white mixing
cup in the pre drilled holes in the
mounting plate using four Torx 20
screws.
3 way air valve, V30.

Fit the 3 way valve V30 in the holes in
the mounting plate using the included
two Torx 10 screws.
The 2 way water valve, V27.
Fit the 2 way water valve V27 in the left
position using the included Torx 10
screw.

Connect the 2
pieces of 6 mm
clear tube as
illustrated.
Red=From bottle
on service door to
pump.
Green=From pump
to non-return valve
on top of backflow
prevention.
Measure and cut 4
pieces of 4 mm.
blue tube for the 3
way valve V30.

Air pressure from
valve V30 to top of
backflow
prevention

Pressure relief
from water tank, fit
between valve V30
and top of
backflow
prevention

Air supply from
white non-return
valve to valve V30.

Air supply from air
regulator to white
non-return valve.

Make sure to fit
the non-return
valve with the
arrow pointing
upwards.
Remove the 4mm
clear water tube
connecting the
outlet of the
pressure regulator
and the regulator
of the cup filler.

Cut a piece of
15cm of the clear
4 mm tube and
connect it between
the outlet of the
water pressure
regulator and the
inlet of the water
valve V27.
Connect the
supplied 4mm
spiral tube
between the outlet
of the 2 way water
valve V27 to the
inlet of the
backflow
prevention on top
of the pressure
tank.
