本書は、お使いになる本製品が故障なく充分に皆様のお役に立ちますことを念願として、正しい使用方法とご使用上の
注意について説明したものです。この説明書を読む前に本製品の操作を行わないでください。特に、注意事項を熟読さ
れると共に、常に手元においてご活用ください。なお、ご使用中に不明な点、不具合などありましたら、お買い上げの
販売店、または裏面記載のお問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。
- 使用上の注意
下記の警告・注意事項は大変重要ですので、必ず守ってください。
警告
- ご使用いただける液剤はガソリン、軽油、灯油及び潤滑油です。適応以外の液剤に使用しないでくださ
い。万が一、移送した場合は、保証の対象外となります。
- 本製品は、絶対に分解しないでください。
- 火花の発生源の近くで、ポンプを作動させないでください。火災、爆発の危険性があります。
- 可燃性雰囲気での使用または可燃性材料を移送の際は、必ずアースしてください。材料を高速で移送す
る場合は、静電気の発生が予想されます。また、可燃性雰囲気になることが予想される場合は、換気を
徹底してください。
- ガソリンやその他の可燃性の液体を圧送するときは、必ず帯電防止ホースを使用する必要があります。
ホースを交換の際は、専用ホースをお買い求めください。
- 帯電防止または導電性の衣類及び靴を着用し、絹または合成繊維の衣服を着用しないでください。
- 作業を行う際は、適切な保護具（フェイスマスク、耳栓および安全靴など）を着用してください。
- 使用する液剤の種類によっては、発ガン性物質が含まれているものがあります。メーカーの取扱注意事
項（SDS など）を熟読し、注意して取扱ってください。
- 取扱う液剤は、地面などに直接排出しないでください。有害物質などの処分は、材料メーカーの取扱注
意事項（SDS など）や適用される法規に従ってください。また、本製品を破棄する場合も、本製品内に
残った液剤を除去したうえで、法規に従って処分してください。
- 本体内部に異物が噛んだ状態で無理にハンドル操作をすると、ポンプが破損することがあります。ハン
ドルが重くなる、異音が発生するなどの症状が現れた場合は、操作をやめロータリーポンプの点検を行
ってください。
- 本製品に異常を感じた場合は、直ちに使用を中止してください。
■梱包内容
ご使用なる前に、下記部品に漏れがないかをご確認ください。
・ポンプ本体・・・・・・1 個 ・サクションパイプ・・・・・3 本

・吐出ホース・・・・・・1 本 （止めネジ：1 個、六角レンチ:1 本）
■組立手順
1）ポンプ出口に、シールテープを使用して吐出ホースを接続してください。
2）ポンプのシャフトへ、止めネジを使用してハンドルを組付けてください。
3）3本のサクションパイプを接続し、バングアダプターに差込み、仮固定し
てください。
4）ポンプ入口部へ、シールテープを使用して 3）のサクションパイプを接続
して完成です。

ポンプが、液剤を吐出しない
■使用方法
1）組立てたポンプをドラム缶または専用タンクへ差込み、バングアダプターにて固定してください。
2）ハンドルを右回転（時計回り）させると液剤を吐出します。
3）作業終了後、吐出ノズルをノズルホルダーにある穴に差し込んで、収納することができます。

※吐出量は、灯油、20℃のテスト値です。性能を保証する値ではありません。

■保証規定
正常なご使用をされたにも拘わらず保証期間内に故障が起こりました場合には、下記に則り当該品を無償にて欠陥部品
の修理または新品と交換させていただきます。ただし、二次的に発生する損失の補償及び次の場合は保証の対象外とさ
せていただきます。
1.保証期間：製品を納入申し上げた日より起算して 12 か月間といたします。
2.保証内容：保証期間中に、本製品を構成する純正部品の材料、もしくは製造上の欠陥が表われ、弊社がこれを認めた
場合、修復費用は全額負担いたします。
3.適用除外：保証期間中であっても、下記の場合には適用いたしません。
(1) 純正部品以外の部品を使用または改造・変更が加えられた場合に発生した故障。
(2) 使用・取扱上の過失による故障、保管・保安上の手入れ不十分が原因による故障。
(3) 製品の構成部品を腐食・膨潤、または溶解する様な液剤を使用されて生じた故障。
(4) 弊社、または弊社の販売店・指定サービス店以外の手によって分解修理がなされた場合。
(5) パッキン、Oリング、ホース、コード類などあらゆる自然損耗する部品、消耗部品。
(6) 指定外の供給エア圧力及び電源(電圧)で使用された事により発生した故障及び損傷。
(7) お買上後の輸送、移動、落下などによる故障及び損傷。
(8) 火災、地震、水害及びその他天災、地変などの不可抗力による故障及び損傷。
(9) 不純物や過度のドレンが混入した圧縮エアを動力として使用したり、指定の圧縮エア以外の気体・液
体を動力として使用した場合に発生した故障。
(10) 過度に摩耗性を有する材料や、本製品に不適当な油脂を使用された場合の故障。
(11) 日本国外においてご使用の場合。
4.補修部品：補修用部品の最低保有期間は、製造打ち切り後 5年とさせていただきます。

-Preface
This manual describes the items that are important for the user to operate this product safety, correctly, and efficiently.
Before operating this product, please read this manual thoroughly, in particular, “Warning and Cautions” at the beginning
of this manual, with a good understanding of its contents. Please safekeeping this manual for the user refer to it whenever
necessary. If you have any question or find any defect, please contact the nearest dealer or our office mentioned on the
back page.
-Precautions on use
The following warnings and cautions are very important. Be sure to observe them.
WARNING
- This product can only be used for gasoline, light oil, kerosene and lubricant oil. DO NOT use with the
other solvent. In case of use the other solvent, the product will not under guarantee.
- DO NOT break down this product.
-
DO NOT operate this product by near the sparking place. It may cause fire or explosion.
- Make ground connection when working with flammable material or in explosive atmosphere. Rapid
pumping of material can result in static electrical charge. Also, be sure to provide proper ventilation
where a flammable atmosphere may be present.
- Be sure to use antistatic hose when pumping gasoline and other flammable liquids. Be sure the hose is
dedicated hose.
- Wear Anti-static work clothing or shoes instead of silk or synthetic fibers.
- Always wear proper protective equipment (facemask, ear plugs, and safety shoes, etc.) when operating
the pump.
- Some types of solution to be used may contain carcinogens. Read the precautions (SDS, etc.) provided
by the solution manufacturer thoroughly and handle the grease with care.
- Do not discharge material directly onto the ground. Dispose of harmful materials according to the
requirements specified in SDS or local regulations. Also, dispose of pump according to the local
regulations after removing residual material from inside pump. (please contact industrial waste disposal
service.)
- Do not operate handle when foreign substance entering. It may cause damage to pump. In case of
handle gets heavier and generate abnormal noise, please stop operation and inspect the pump.
- Discontinue it when you feel a hazard or abnormality during the work.

-Assembly Process
1）Cover the discharge hose with sealing tape. Connect the hose to the discharge port.
2）Install the handle to shaft by using set screw.
3）Connect the 3 of suction pipes, and use the bang adapter for temporary fix.
4）After connected the

-How to operate the Machine
1）Insert the pump assembly into drum can or dedicated tank. Fix with bung adapter.
2）Turn the handle to right (clockwise direction), the solution will be discharged.
3）After the end of daily work, put the nozzle assembly into nozzle holder for keep.

If an abnormality occurs during normal operation in accordance with the operating instructions, the defective parts
of this product will be serviced or will be replaced free of charge. However, this Warranty will not cover
compensation for incidental damage or any malfunction listed below.
1. Warranty period：
This warranty will be valid for a period of 12 months after the date of purchase.
2. Warranty：
If during the warranty period, any of the material of the genuine parts of this product or the workmanship of this
product is found defective, and is so verified by our company, the servicing cost will be fully born by our company.
3. Exclusion：
Even during the warranty period, this warranty does not cover the following:
(1) Malfunction arising from use of parts other than manufacturer-specified genuine parts.
(2) Malfunction arising from misuse or operating errors, or lack of storage or maintenance care.
(3) Malfunction arising from use with a fluid that may cause corrosion, inflation or dissolution of the component
parts of the product.
(4) Irregularity arising from repair made by other than by our firm, our regional office, dealer or authorized service
personnel.
(5) Wear and tear of parts that must be regularly replaced in the course of normal operation, such as packings,
O-rings, hoses, and cords.
(6) Malfunction and/or damage due to use of compressed air or electric power source (electric voltage).
(7) Malfunction and/or damage due to transportation, moving or drop page of product after purchase.
(8) Malfunction and/or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood or other force majeure.
(9) Malfunction arising from use of compressed air that contains impurities or excessive moisture, or use of gases
or fluids other than the specified compressed air.
(10) Malfunction arising from use with a fluid that causes excessive abrasion or use of oil other than that specified
for this product.
Furthermore, this warranty does not cover the rubber parts, or the other parts that are subject to wear in
normal operation, used in this product and its accessories.
4. Parts：
Parts for this product will be kept available for 5 years after discontinuation of production. Once 5 years have
elapsed after close of production, availability of parts for this product cannot be guaranteed.

- 使用注意事项
以下的警告・注意事项非常重要。请务必遵守。
警告
- 可使用的溶液为汽油、柴油、煤油以及润滑油。请不要使用除此以外的其它溶液。万一，使用了不对应的
溶液，本产品将不属于保修范围内。
- 绝对不要分解拆卸本产品。
- 请不要靠近，会产生火花处操作本泵。否则，有引起火灾、爆炸的危险。
- 在易燃的环境中使用本产品，以及使用本产品传送易燃性材料时，请一定要使用地线。高速度传送材料
时，很容易产生静电反应，请务必小心。此外，在易燃环境中使用时，要注意做好室内换气。
- 在压送汽油或其他可燃性液体时，请务必使用防静电的软管。软管一定要使用专用的软管。
- 操作时请穿防静电或有导电性的衣服鞋子，不要穿绢类或合成纤维的衣服。
- 操作时，请穿戴好适当的防护具（防护面罩、耳塞以及安全鞋等）。
- 使用的多种溶剂中，有一部分溶剂可能含有致癌的物质。请一定要，熟读溶剂生产商的使用说明书中所记
载的内容（SDS 等），小心使用。
- 所使用的溶剂不要直接排向地面。对于有害材料等的处理，请遵照材料生产商的使用注意事项（SDS 等）
以及法规要求。此外，本产品废弃时，请将产品内的残留溶剂清理干净后，按照法规要求进行处理。
- 泵体内如混入了异物，请不要强制转动把手，否则会对泵产生损坏。当把手变重，转动时发出异响等情况
时，请停止使用，并对手摇泵进行检查。
- 使用中，如果本产品发生异常，请立即中止使用。

在使用前，请确认包装箱内，下列零件品是否有缺少。

（固定螺丝：1 个、内六角扳手:1 个）
■组装顺序
1）使用密封带，将吐出管做好密封处理，再连接到泵的吐出口处。
2）使用固定螺丝将把手安装在泵轴处。
3）连接好 3 根吸入管，将配备的固定扣暂时套入，并固定在泵的接口处。
4）使用密封带，将泵的吸入口做好密封处理后，将 3）中提到的固定扣
与其连接。完成组装。

■使用方法
1）将组装好的泵插入在桶或专用燃料桶中，用配备的固定扣固定好。
2）将把手向右旋转（顺时针）溶剂即可吐出。
3）操作结束之后，将组装管的喷嘴，插入到把手旁边的组装管收纳口内。作为收纳。

在遵守使用书、产品上所标注的注意事项，进行正常的使用情况下，如产品在保证期内出现了故障，从购买日
起 12 个月以内，都为保证期内。保证期内出现故障的产品，可以免费更换零件、维修、或更换新品。
但是，所发生的从属性损失的赔偿以及下列的情况下的故障，不在产品保证范围内。
1．保修期：从产品发货日起 12 个月以内。
2．保修内容：保修期内，本产品出现所使用的正品零部件的材料或制造不良的情况时，在本公司确认情况并
认可后，维修费用由本公司全额负担。
3．非保修范围：即使在保修期内，下列情况亦不在保修范围内。
（1）使用非正品零件所发生的故障。
（2）因使用、产品处理方面产生的故障以及保管・保安方面的疏忽引起的故障。
（3）使用了使产品的零部件腐蚀、膨胀，或溶解类的液体所引起的故障。
（4）本公司或本公司指定的经销店、特约维修店以外的人员进行分解修理的情况。
（5）密封圈、O形圈、管子等消耗品的磨损。
（6）使用允许指定外的电源（电压）引起的故障及损伤。
（7）购买后在运输途中、移动中的不备而引起的故障及损伤。
（8）火灾、地震、水灾、以及其他天灾地祸等人为不可抗拒力引起的故障及损伤。
（9）使用混有杂质及过度溢流的压缩空气作为动力和使用指定压缩空气以外的气体及液体作为
动力，而引起的故障。
（10）使用带有过度磨损性质的材料及对本产品不适应的油质，而引起的故障。
＊如果，本产品及所附带品中使用的橡胶零件，包括下列的所有自然磨损的零件、消耗零件，
不适用于保修范围内。

4.维修零部件：维修用零件的最低保有期限为停产后的 5 年。
停产 5 年后的产品零部件，可能难于提供，请务必给予谅解。
