Machine installation and commissioning
The machine is packaged in five parts: fuselage (water tank, rack, brush plate fixed
assembly), water absorption rack assembly, brush plate, charger.
1. Installation of water-absorbing pickles:
◆ Remove the package and take out the water-absorbing gripper assembly, as
shown in the figure below
Fix the suction head onthe pendulum tail and tighten the crosshandle
◆ Water absorption adjustment
2. If the suction scraper is pressed too low, the resistance is great
◆ Unscrew the setting screw of the small wheel with open head
◆ Reduce the roller, visually check the water absorption strip to the ideal position, and
tighten the screw;
◆ Repeat the above steps to the other pickpocket wheel and adjust the height to
the appropriate position;
3. Too high water absorption of the small wheel support rod is not effective
◆ Unscrew the support rod screw of the small wheel;

Machine usage
Before the first use, adjust the equipment to the best cleaning effect.Before each
use, routine inspection is required:
◆ Whether the seal strip of sewage tank cover comes off
◆ Is the sewage tank cleaned
1. Insert the suction pipe
Insert one end of the suction pipe into the inlet of the sewage tank and the other end
into the exit of the tail flap.This is shown on the right
2. Fill with water
Please observe the water level through the water level pipe. If the water is insufficient,
Please fill it with clear water
◆ Open the lid of the clean water tank
◆ Put clean water into the water tank (put the water pipe into the tank first, then open
the water valve, the water temperature is not higher than 50℃ , the water level can be
observed through the water level pipe)
◆ Adddetergent,theamountcanbeaddedaccordingtotheneedsoftheground
◆ Close the water tank cover
3. Water regulation
◆ Open the discharge valve and adjust the water amount according to the actual needs
1. Air suction motor switch:
Turn on the switch and the suction motor will start to work.
2. Main power switch:
Start the switch and the device is in the state of power on.
3. Brush plate switch:
Press this switch and the brush plate begins to work.
4. Voltage display table:
Can be real device power, power increase display during charging process.
5. Back and forth switch:
Start this switch to control the machine forward or backward
6. Emergency stop switch:
Thisbuttoncanbequicklypressedtoprotectyouincaseofanemergency.
7. Gas pedal:
Control the speed of the machine by stamping

The machine charges its batteries
Note: In order to extend battery life and ensure optimum performance of the machine,
it must be exceeded at least within the machine life
Charge the battery for more than 30 minutes.Do not leave the battery uncharged for a
long time.The following charge says
It is applicable to the charger attached to the machine.Be sure to use the following
chargers to avoid battery damage.

The charging items
1. Digital electric meter display number & LT;21. Please charge it immediately
2. Whencharging, please plug the charger into thecharging dockingport of the
machine and connect the 220V power supply.
3. When charging, please move the machine to a well-ventilated place for charging, and
open the sewage tank side for ventilation.
4. When the digital electricity meter shows the number reaches 26, it means the
charging is completed

Notes for use of the floor washer
1. The voltage display meter should not be lower than 21V charging. Charging less than
21V will seriously damage the battery life, resulting in smaller battery capacity, too short
machine use time, and even can not charge
2. During the use of the machine, sewage should be discharged first, and clean water
should be injected into the machine's water box. If sewage is not discharged, clean
water should be injected and continued to be used, and the sewage level will be raised,
which will go into the suction motor along with the suction outlet and burn the motor.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use the machine without water. If the machine is changed
without water, dry dustwillbewashed intothe sewagetank andthenintothe suction
air motor through the suction air outlet, resulting in slow motor speed.
4. The machine is strictly prohibited to drive into the road surface similar to the
separation belt. Long time will damage the sheet metal parts and drive axle of the
machine..
5. The switch of the suction motor should be turned off when the machine enters the
steep road surface to prevent splashing sewage and entering the suction tuyere, which
will burn down the suction motor.
6. After the use of the machine, sewage should be immediately discharged, sewage tends
to be acidic, even strong acid, no discharge of sewage on time will corroded sewage
pipe, so that the service life of sewage pipe is reduced..
7. If the machine is not used for a long time, the machine should be fully charged and
placed in the storage room to avoid air drying and sun exposure.
8. Ifthe machine is not in usefor more than 15 days, flush the machine with full power,
remove the battery power line and place it in the storage room to avoid air drying and
sun exposure.Before removing the battery power line, turn off the switch and key of the
machine to prevent electric shock.
9. In the cleaning process of the machine, the key switch should be turned off first. It
is strictly prohibited to flush the battery, motor, wiring harness, controller computer
board and other positions directly from the water pipe.
10. After the machine is finished working, let the battery of the machine cool down
before charging, the continuous charging time should not exceed 10 hours, if no one is
watching, it is recommended to equip with intelligent timing socket.
11. Charge the machine in a ventilated and warm condition. Do not charge it in a
high temperature sealed environment to prevent the battery from bulging at high

temperature
12. The battery of the machine must be charged with the original charger provided by
our company. It is forbidden to use fast charging, high voltage charging and low voltage
charging, which will cause the battery to bulge
13. When themachine isequippedwithdetergent,defoamingagentmust beaddedto
the sewage tank for defoaming to prevent the sewage bubble from being sucked into the
suction motor and burning the motor
14. The towing machine should be suitable for 1.5-2 hours in continuous use. If it needs to
work for a long time, wait for the motor temperature to cool down before starting to work
15. The sequence of starting machine switches is: main power switch → brush plate switch
→ water absorption switch. Inversion will cause instantaneous current to be too large and
burn down the voltage display table.
16. During continuous operation of the machine, do not switch on and off at times, which
will lead to excessive starting current for many times, accelerate insulation aging of the
motor, and reduce the service life of the motor
