HydroGize™ FAQ
Q. What is HydroGize?
A. HydroGize is an easy-to-use hydrogen-generating device that enriches water with
hydrogen, making the water more alkaline. It has a curved design, so it’s easy to
carry and take everywhere you go. It also includes a lavender-coloured LED light in
the interior base of the bottle. It is easily recharged via USB.
Q. What size is HydroGize?
A. It has a 355ml. capacity.
Q. What are the outside dimensions of HydroGize?
A. The unit is 8 inches tall and 3 inches wide.
Q. What is included with HydroGize?
A. The product includes 1 HydroGize water bottle, 1 USB connection, 1 AC plug and
1 operational manual.
Q. What is unique about HydroGize?
A. It has the ability to create highly concentrated, hydrogen-enriched water on the
go, so you can carry it anywhere.
Q. How long should I run the device?
A. The water bottle can generate up to 500 ppb (parts per billion) when the generator
runs for 1 minute. The bottle generates up to 900 ppb in cold water set for 3 minutes.
In warm/hot water, the bottle generates up to 500 ppb in the 3-minute mode.
Q. What are the directions for use?

1. Plug the bottle into a power source using the USB connector to fully charge
the battery.
2. Add drinking water to the bottle.
3. Set the hydrogen generator to the desired timer setting. Do not shake while
the generator runs. Instead, let it sit during hydrogen generation.
4. After the cycle has finished, wait 10 minutes.
5. When using Plus oils with HydroGize, be sure to thoroughly clean the device
immediately following use to properly maintain the unit. Please note that
adding oils may decrease hydrogen production. For ease of maintenance,
move oil-enriched hydrogen water to a separate container if not consumed
immediately.
Q. Can I put essential oils directly into HydroGize?
A. Yes. However, when using Plus oils with HydroGize, be sure to thoroughly clean
the device immediately following use to properly maintain the unit. Please note that
adding oils may decrease hydrogen production. For ease of maintenance, move oil-
enriched hydrogen water to a separate container if not consumed immediately.
Q. Is HydroGize dishwasher safe?
A. No. The device cannot handle extreme heat. Always hand wash the device.
Q. What are the cleaning instructions for HydroGize?
1. Disassemble the water bottle into three parts to clean.
2. Gently clean with warm water, gentle dish soap, and a soft cloth. Do not use
abrasive or corrosive cleaners.
3. Let the device dry before charging.
Q. Can I use hot water while generating hydrogen?
A. Yes. The device will generate hydrogen in hot or cold water.

Q. Do I have to purchase or replace a filter?
A. No. There is no expensive filter to replace.
Q. Do I have to use a special type of water, or will any water work?
A. No special water is needed.
Q. What material is HydroGize made of?
A. The bottle cap, cylinder, and base are made of Tritan™plastic. The electrode plate
is titanium.
Q. Will any replacement components be available for purchase if
something breaks?
A. Replacement parts are not available at this time.
