Overview
The Sprout Diuser functions as an atomiser, and aroma diuser in one
simple-to-use accessory. More than the world’s cutest essential oil diuser,
Sprout is also custom designed with features you’ll love. Sprout oers up
to five hours of continuous diusion and 10 hours of intermittent diusion
with automatic shuto. It also has an ambient light control, a speaker with
preprogrammed white noise, and touch-sensitive controls.
Our puppy pal is ready to become your child’s favourite bedtime buddy!
The ultrasonic technology used in the Sprout Diuser allows your mixture
of your favourite essential oils and water to be broken into millions of
microparticles that are dispersed into the air, releasing the beneficial
constituents. Whether you choose a burst of fresh citrusy aroma to liven
up the afternoon or something calmer to help bedtime become a breeze,
Sprout will make diusing so much fun!

Operating Instructions
1. Remove Sprout’s lid.
2. Add water to the fill line marker. For proper function, do not add water
beyond the fill line.
3. Add 5-8 drops of your favourite essential oils.
4. Replace the lid.
5. Plug the USB cord into the base of the unit and into an adapter.
Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
6. Touch the touch-sensitive nose to start diusing.
7. Check to see that the unit is producing mist and that the LED light
is on.

Functionality
Diusion
The Sprout Diuser has three modes: high, low, and intermittent.
1. The power is activated via a touch-sensitive contact found on the nose.
• High-output mode: Touch the nose to turn on the diuser. The
default white light will turn on. The maximum continuous run time is
approximately 4-5 hours The diuser will automatically shut o when
the water reservoir is empty.
• Low-output mode: With the diuser already turned on, touch the
nose continuously for three seconds to turn on low-output mode. You
will see the light blink twice. The maximum run time is approximately
8 hours.*
• Intermittent-output mode: Touch continuously for three seconds
again to turn on intermittent-output mode. You will see the light
blink twice. The maximum run time is approximately 10 hours (one
minute on/one minute o).*
• Turning the unit o: to turn o the unit in any of the modes, simply
touch the nose.
*Run time may vary based on essential oil type and number of drops used.
Note: The light will remain on even after diuser function automatically shuts o.
Press the nose (diuser on/o) again to turn o the light.

Lights
2. The light operation is activated via a touch-sensitive contact found on
the tongue.
To change the light setting while the diuser is running in default mode
(white light).
• Touch the tongue one time for dim white light.
• Touch the tongue two times to begin cycling through seven colour options
on a five-second delay, starting with red.
• Continue touching the tongue to manually select individual colour options:
red, yellow, yellow-green, green, light blue, blue, and lavender. The light will
turn o if you cycle through all the colours.
• Turn o the light at any point by pressing and holding the tongue for
three seconds.
To run the light independently from the diuser night-light mode, press the
tongue. There is no need to have water in the reservoir.
Sound
Sound selection button/ volume button
Sound operation is activated and operated by
pressing the buttons on the back of the diuser.
White Noise/Sound
To operate the sound features on the diuser:
• Press the button to turn on the sound mode. The first white noise option
will play.
• Continue pressing the button to manually select individual white noise/
music options.
• To turn o the sound mode, press and hold the button for
3 seconds.
Note: The sound will turn on at default low volume.

Volume
The volume is controlled by pressing the button.
To change the volume on the diuser:
• Press the button to incrementally increase the volume. The loudest option
is on the fifth press.
• Turn o the volume by pressing the button 6 times.
• Reset the volume by pressing the button again. The volume will return to
its lowest point on the currently selected white noise option.
• To turn o the sound mode, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
Safety and Care Instructions
Please read and follow these safety guidelines closely to ensure safe
operation of the diuser.
• Use room-temperature tap, spring, or distilled water.
• Never touch the adapter with wet hands; electric shock or injury may occur.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the diuser; this will void
the warranty.
• Never immerse the diuser in water.
• Unplug the adapter when refilling, cleaning, or moving the diuser.
• Keep the diuser out of reach of small children.
• Do not remove or place objects in the water reservoir during operation.
• Do not place your fingers in the water during operation; this may result
in injury.
• Do not place acidic or alkaline chemicals in the reservoir.
• Do not shake the diuser.
• Do not use metal objects to clean the ultrasonic plate; use only a cotton swab
or cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol or a neutral detergent.
• Never use the product for purposes other than those listed in this manual.

• Clean the unit before switching to dierent essential oils.
• Use only 100 percent pure essential oils. Artificial synthetic, or impure oils
and fragrances can cause harm to the unit.
• Do not exceed the max water fill line marker.
• Avoid placing the product under direct sunlight, close to a refrigerator or
fan, or in a hot environment.
• Unplug the diuser immediately and discontinue use if smoke or a burning
smell occurs.
• Any damage caused by the user does not qualify for replacement by
Young Living.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Always turn o and unplug the diuser prior to cleaning. To ensure proper
performance, clean the ultrasonic plate and lid after each use. If essential oil
begins to build up on the ultrasonic plate, gently wipe it o using a cotton swab
dipped in rubbing alcohol. If essential oil begins to build up on the lid, gently
wipe it clean using only mild soap and water. Never use corrosive detergents to
clean the ultrasonic plate, or damage will occur. Periodically check under the
diuser to keep the fan intake free of debris. Debris can be removed by blowing
on the fan intake opening or wiping with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use aerosol
sprays, solvents, or abrasives to clean the plastic housing. When not in use,
clean the diuser and store dry.
Troubleshooting
Issue: When switched on, the diuser does not operate.
Potential causes: power connection issue, water above water fill line marker
• Check that the adapter is securely plugged into the wall socket and the
bottom of the diuser.
• Confirm that there is water in the reservoir and that it does not go above
the fill line marker. If there is too much water, unplug the unit and adjust
the water level, then restart. The light should come on, and the diuser
should mist.
Issue: There is no mist or less mist than usual.
Potential causes: water above fill line, oil buildup on ultrasonic plate,
ultrasonic plate has stopped working, fan vents or mist spouts are obstructed,
fan is not working

Unplug the diuser before performing the following procedures:
• Check the water level. If water is above the fill line, carefully pour out excess
water. This is best done by pouring from the opposite side of the base
ventilation hole.
• Verify that when the lid is in place, the mist spout hole is clear and free from
any debris.
• Check for essential oil buildup on the ultrasonic plate. If oil buildup is
present, follow the cleaning instructions. The ultrasonic plate must be free of
residual oil buildup for the diuser to operate properly.
• Check that the fan intake under the diuser is free of any obstruction or
debris that may restrict air flow. Once the diuser is on, you should hear
the fan.
• Refill the water reservoir to the water fill line marker and restart. If
necessary, remove the lid while the diuser is on to verify that the water
is bubbling. If the water is bubbling, the ultrasonic plate is working. If the
water is not bubbling, the ultrasonic plate may be damaged.
Issue: The light does not work.
Potential cause: improper power connection
• While facing the diuser, touch the nose (on/o button) to verify that the
diuser turns on and that the light is functioning. While the unit is on, light
colours should change while touching the tongue. If the light does not work,
call Member Services for further instructions.
Issue: When switched on, the light flashes once, then turns o.
Potential cause: no water in diuser
• The unit is not registering water in the diuser. Check that there is water in
the reservoir and that it is not above the water fill line marker. If there is too
much water, unplug the diuser and adjust the water to the fill line
and restart.

Young Living Essential Oils (YLEO), Lehi, UT 84043, subject to the
exclusions contained below, warrants its diuser to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for a period
of 12 calendar months from the date of original purchase
This warranty does not cover:
• Defects or damage resulting from use of the product in other than its
normal and customary manner.
• Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect.
• Defects or damage from use of natural oils other than those supplied or
sold by Young Living Essential Oils or an authorised distributor.
• Defects or damage from use of materials other than essential oils.
• Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance,
installation, adjustment, or any alteration or modification of any kind.
• Breakage or damage caused by use of other than the specified voltage.

• Products disassembled or repaired by anyone other than a Young Living
Essential Oils authorised agent so as to adversely aect performance
or prevent adequate inspection, verification, and testing to verify any
warranty claim. If there are any signs that the diuser has been opened,
the warranty will be void.
• Products with labels removed or illegible serial numbers
• Marring such as scratches on any plastic surfaces and externally exposed
parts resulting from normal use.
• Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from the use of metal tools to clean the unit.
This limited warranty is the buyer’s exclusive remedy, applies to new diusers
purchased from Young Living Essential Oils, and is nontransferable. Please
retain your original purchase receipt. In the event of a warranty claim or return
for repair, a copy of the purchase receipt should accompany the diuser when
shipped to YLEO. To make a warranty claim or to purchase spare parts, please
contact the Young Living Member Services department at 1.800.371.3515 (6
a.m.–8 p.m., MT, M–F and 7 a.m. –5 p.m., MT, Saturday). If it is determined
by Member Services that the diuser is to be shipped back to YLEO, the buyer
will need to send the product back in its original box (if available), a copy of

Bedienungsanweisung
1. Sprouts Abdeckung entfernen.
2. Wasser bis zur Wasserfülllinie einfüllen. Um problemloses Funktionieren zu
garantieren, Wasser nicht über die Fülllinie einfüllen.
3. 5-8 Tropfen ätherisches Öl hinzufügen.
4. Abdeckung wieder aufsetzen.
5. Das USB Kabel in die Basis des Gerätes und einen Adapter einstecken.
Den Stromadapter in eine Steckdose stecken.
6. Die berührungsempfindliche Nase berühren, um zu Vernebeln.
7. Nachschauen, ob Nebel aus dem Gerät austritt und dass das LED Licht an ist.
