Zu Ihrer Sicherheit  Das Gerät darf nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal installiert und in Betrieb genommen werden,
 welches mit dem fachgerechten Umgang elektrischer Maschinenausrüstung vertraut ist,
 welches mit den geltenden Vorschriften zur Arbeitssicherheit und Unfallverhütung vertraut ist,
 und welches die Betriebsanleitung und ggf. das Programmierhandbuch gelesen und verstanden hat.
 Durch falschen Anschluss oder nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch kann die sichere Funktion des Gerätes während des
Maschinenbetriebes nicht mehr gewährleistet werden. Dies kann zu tödlichen Verletzungen oder hohen Sachschäden
führen.
 Bei der Installation des Gerätes sind die länderspezifischen Vorschriften zu beachten.
 Der elektrische Anschluss des Gerätes darf nur in spannungsfreiem Zustand durchgeführt werden. Dies gilt auch für die
angeschlossene Sensorik und Aktorik.
 Die Verdrahtung des Gerätes muss den Anweisungen dieser
Betriebsanleitung entsprechen.
 Das Öffnen des Gerätes und jegliche Manipulationen am Gerät sind unzulässig und führen zum Verlust von Garantie- oder
Gewährleistungsansprüchen.
 Alle relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften und Normen sind zu beachten.
Lesen Sie vor Gebrauch die Betriebsanleitung und bewahren Sie diese sorgfältig auf. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die
Betriebsanleitung bei Montage-, Inbetriebnahme- und Wartungsarbeiten jederzeit zur Verfügung steht.
Die Steuerungen der ZX09- und ZX20/21-Serien sind High-Speed speicherprogrammierbare Industrie-Steuerungen (SPS).
Sie können sowohl als eigenständige SPS, als auch in einem Netzwerk als dezentrale SPS zur parallelen Verarbeitung von
Signalen in Echtzeit eingesetzt werden. Möglich macht dies das Herzstück einer jeden ZX-Steuerung: Ein Field
Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). Hiermit werden schnellstmögliche und immer konstant schnelle Abläufe ohne Zykluszeit in
absoluter Parallelität ermöglicht.

Vor der endgültigen Inbetriebnahme der Steuerung muss von einer qualifizierten Fachkraft verifiziert werden, dass der elektri-
sche Anschluss und die Programmierung sowie ggf. die Vernetzung korrekt ausgeführt wurden. Es wird empfohlen, den
Programmablauf zunächst mit abgeschalteter Spannung für die Aktoren auszuführen und an den LEDs für die Ausgänge die
korrekte Funktion zu verifizieren.
Warnung:
Ein fehlerhafter elektrischer Anschluss oder eine fehlerhafte Programmierung kann zu unvorhersehbaren Betriebszuständen
führen und tödliche oder schwere Verletzungen und hohe Sachschäden zur Folge haben.
Die Steuerungen der ZX09-Serie, sowie der ZX20/21-Serie sind nicht geeignet, um Aufgaben bezüglich der funktionalen
Sicherheit zu erfüllen. Sollten also in der Gesamtanlage gefahrbringende Bewegungen oder gefährliche Zustände möglich sein,
muss eine Risikobewertung entsprechend der Maschinenrichtlinie durchgeführt werden. Wenn zusätzliche Maßnahmen
bezüglich der funktionalen Sicherheit zu ergreifen sind, müssen dafür zugelassene Sicherheitskomponenten wie Not-Halt-
Einrichtungen oder Schutztür-Überwachungen vorgesehen werden, die das sichere Abschalten der entsprechenden Antriebe
unabhängig von einer der genannten Steuerungen ermöglichen. Passende Komponenten für diesen Zweck können von
ZANDER bezogen werden.
Korrekte Installation vorausgesetzt, sind Wartungsarbeiten nicht erforderlich. Reparaturen am Gerät dürfen nur durch den
Hersteller erfolgen. Das Öffnen des Gerätes durch den Anwender führt zum Verlust der Garantie- oder Gewährleistungs-
ansprüche.
Für einen eventuell notwendigen Austausch muss sichergestellt werden, dass vor der erneuten Inbetriebnahme die neue
Steuerung mit dem identischen Anwender-programm versehen wird.

The ZX09 and ZX20/21 series controllers are high-speed industrial programmable logic controllers (PLC). They can be used

possible by the heart of every ZX controller: a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). This enables the fastest possible and
always consistently fast processes without cycle time in absolute parallelism.

Before the final commissioning of the control system, a qualified specialist must verify that the electrical connection and pro-
gramming and, if necessary, the networking have been carried out correctly. It is recommended to execute the program se-
quence first with the voltage for the actuators switched off and to verify the correct function at the LEDs for the outputs.
Warning:
Incorrect electrical connection or programming can lead to unpredictable operating states and result in fatal or serious injuries
and high material damage.
The ZX09 series controllers and the ZX20/21 series controllers are not suitable for functional safety tasks. Therefore, if dange-
rous movements or hazardous conditions are possible in the entire plant, a risk assessment must be carried out in accordance
with the Machinery Directive. If additional measures are to be taken with regard to functional safety, approved safety compo-
nents such as emergency stop devices or safety door monitors must be provided, which enable the safe shutdown of the
corresponding drives independently of one of the mentioned controls. Suitable components for this purpose can be obtained
from ZANDER.
Correct installation provided, maintenance work is not necessary. Repairs to the device may only be carried out by the manu-
facturer. Opening the device by the user will result in the loss of any warranty or guarantee claims.
For a possibly necessary replacement, it must be ensured that the new control unit is provided with the identical user program
before it is put into operation again.
