DESCRIPTION
The ZE-RVTX is a two-unit wireless audio/video transmission system for reversing cameras running
on a 2.4 GHz (Wi-Fi) carrier frequency.
The system itself corresponds to the current state of the art in this field. For example, the transmitter
and receiver modules come in very compact housings, which allow mounting even under very
cramped conditions.
The system transmits PAL and NTSC video streams with a resolution of up to 640 x 480 pixels. The
transmission power is sufficient for a transmission distance of at least 15 meters, which makes the
ZE-RVTX set a valid candidate for larger motorhomes and other large vehicles.
The signal latency during normal operation, i.e. the delay until the A/V signal becomes available
at the device inputs is low and close to unperceivable, mainly depending on the monitor or the
headunit. The “wake up“ latency time from deep standby of the modules is about 2 seconds. The
signal delay by the wireless transmission itself is less than 200 ms.

N-ZERVTX-ISO2
For the following camera models and the ZE-RVTX transmitter solution, a separate cable of 1 m
length is available. The N-ZERVTX-ISO2 cable connects the rear view camera to the transmitter in
the rear section of the vehicle. The advantage is that the N-ZERVTX-ISO2 replaces the long system
cable, e.g. the long cable does not need to be stowed away. The N-ZERVTX-ISO2 is compatible with
ZENEC cameras ZE-RCE3701, ZE-RVSC62, ZE-RVC80MT and ZE-RVC90MT.

DEVICE OPERATION:
The Receiver module (RX) and the Transmitter module (TX) out of the same box have been paired
before packing.
If you need to pair the modules again, long press the pairing buttons of RX- and TX-module at the
same time for over 2 seconds, the LED status lights will be flashing slowly. When pairing succeeds,
the LED´s will stop flashing.
If the LED status lights are flashing fast, both modules are in transmission mode. This means the
RX- and TX-module are paired correctly and video and audio signal is transmitted.
If no signal is transferred, the ZE-RVTX will change automatically to a standby mode. The LED
status lights stays permanently on. The LED indicator light is also permanently on if the:
• RX- and TX-module is not paired correctly.
• RX- or TX-module is powered off.
• TX-module didn´t detect a video or audio signal.
CAUTION
• Make sure that there are no bigger electrical components in the immediate vicinity of the
TX- and RX-module, so that the power level of the signal transmission is not impaired.
• The modules are only conditionally dustproof and have been licensed according to the
international standard IP53. Due to this, both modules should only be installed inside the
vehicle.

BESCHREIBUNG:
Der ZE-RVTX ist ein aus zwei Einheiten bestehendes drahtloses Audio/Video Übertragungssystem
für Rückfahrkameras, das auf einer 2,4GHz (Wi-Fi) Trägerfrequenz läuft.
Das System basiert auf dem aktuellsten Stand der Technik. Sender und Empfänger sind
beispielsweise sehr kompakt konstruiert: Die unauffälligen Gehäuse ermöglichen eine einfache
Montage – auch unter sehr beengten Verhältnissen.
Das System überträgt PAL und NTSC Videostreams mit einer Auflösung von bis zu 640 x 480
Pixeln. Die Übertragungsleistung reicht für eine Übertragungsstrecke von 15 Metern aus, so dass
das ZE-RVTX Set auch für große Wohnmobile und andere große Fahrzeuge perfekt geeignet ist.
Die Signal-Latenzzeit im normalen Betrieb, d.h. die Verzögerung, bis das A/V Signal am Gerät
anliegt, ist kaum spürbar und wird daher fast komplett durch den Monitor oder die Headunit
bestimmt. Die Latenzzeit zum Aufwachen aus tiefem Standby beträgt etwa 2 Sekunden. Die durch
die drahtlose Signalübertragung (mit Pufferung) verursachte Bild-Verzögerung ist kleiner als 200 ms.

N-ZERVTX-ISO2
Für die nachfolgenden Kameramodelle ist für die ZE-RVTX Funkstreckenlösung ein separates
Kabel erhältlich. Das Kabel N-ZERVTX-ISO2 verbindet die Kamera mit dem hinten im Fahrzeug
montierten Sender (Transmitter) Modul und ersetzt das lange Systemkabel bei Neuinstallationen.
Das N-ZERVTX-ISO2 ist kompatibel mit den ZENEC-Kameras ZE-RCE3701, ZE-RVSC62,
ZE-RVC80MT und ZE-RVC90MT.

BETRIEB DER ZE-RVTX MODULE:
Das Empfänger Modul (RX) und das Sender Modul (TX) aus derselben Box wurden vor dem
Einpacken gekoppelt.
Wenn Sie die Module neu koppeln müssen, sollten Sie die Kopplungstasten vom RX- und TX-Modul
gleichzeitig für mehr als 2 Sekunden drücken. Die LED-Statuslampen blinken langsam. Wenn der
Kopplungsprozess erfolgreich ist, hören die LEDs auf zu blinken.
Sollte die LED-Statuslampe schnell blinken, befinden sich beide Module im Übertragungsmodus.
Dies bedeutet, dass das RX- und das TX-Modul korrekt gekoppelt sind und dass das Video- und
Audiosignal verfügbar ist.
Wenn kein Signal übertragen wird, wechselt der ZE-RVTX automatisch in den Standby-Modus. Die
LED-Statuslampen bleiben dauerhaft an. Die LED-Status Lampe leuchtet auch dauerhaft, wenn:
• das RX- und TX-Modul nicht korrekt gekoppelt wurde.
• das RX- oder TX-Modul ausgeschalten ist.
• dass TX-Modul kein Video- oder Audiosignal erkannt hat.
VORSICHT
• Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine größeren elektrischen Verbraucher in unmittelbarer Nähe
des TX- und des RX-Moduls befinden, damit die Sendeleistung nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
• Die Module sind nur bedingt staubgeschützt und entsprechen der internationalen Norm IP53.
Aus diesem Grund sollten beide Module nur im inneren des Fahrzeuges installiert werden.

Should your ZENEC product require warranty service, please return it to the retailer from whom
it was purchased or the distributor of your country. Do not send any product to ZENEC directly.
This ZENEC product is protected against defective materials and/or improper workmanship by a
factory warranty, for the period of two years from date of purchase at retail, to the original buyer.
For warranty work to be carried out, an RMA number must be generated, which requires a valid
product serial number and the original sales slip.
Guarantee Restrictions
This warranty does not cover any damage due to:
1. Defects caused by exposure of product to humidity, water and organic fluids, prolonged
exposure to sun rays or excessive dirt or dust.
2. Mechanical defects caused by accidents, fall or impact.
3. Unauthorized repair attempts and modifications of product not explicitly authorized by the
manufacturer.
This warranty is limited to the repair or the replacement of the defective product at the manufacturer‘s
option and does not include any other form of damage, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise.
The warranty does not cover any transport costs or damages caused by transport or shipment of the
product. Any additional or further claims and requirements for compensation of auxiliary components
that have been damaged in sequence, directly or indirectly, are strictly excluded.

Dieses ZENEC Produkt ist durch eine Werksgarantie von 2 Jahren an den Erstkäufer ab Kaufdatum
im Fachhandel gegen Material- bzw. Herstellungsfehler geschützt.
Für das Erlangen der Garantie- oder Gewährleistungsansprüche muss eine RMA Nummer erstellt
werden, was das Vorhandensein der Seriennummer und des Original-Kaufbelegs voraussetzt.
Nicht durch Gewährleistung oder Garantie des Herstellers abgedeckt, sind Schäden infolge von:
1. Schädliche Einwirkung von Feuchtigkeit, Wasser, organischen Flüssigkeiten, übermässiger
Hitze oder Sonneneinstrahlung und starker Verschmutzung.
2. Mechanischer Beschädigung durch Fall, Stoss oder Unfall.
3. Schäden durch nicht autorisierte Reparaturversuche oder nicht durch den Hersteller
ausdrücklich autorisierte Produkt-Modifikationen.
Die Garantie dieses Produkts bleibt in jedem Fall auf die Reparatur bzw. den Ersatz (Entscheidung
durch Hersteller) des jeweiligen ZENEC Produkts beschränkt. Schäden durch unsachgemässe
Verpackung und daraus resultierende Transportschäden werden nicht durch diese Garantie gedeckt.
Jeder über diese Garantie-Erklärung hinausgehende Anspruch und jede Haftung für direkte oder
indirekte Folgeschäden werden ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen.
