Android Compatibility
Smartphones with Android OS 5.0 and above using Bluetooth 4.0 LE and
newer. Devices that only have Bluetooth 4.0 A2DP only are not supported
for Zepp 2.
Download the ZEPP Tennis App
You will need to download the free Zepp Tennis app to use your sensor or
the video features.
1. Click on the App Store or Google Play icon on your iOS or Android
device.
2. In the search toolbox, enter Zepp Tennis.
3. There will be an icon with an add feature that says "Get" for iOS users
and "Install" for Android users. Click this icon. A new green icon will
appear asking "Install App". Tap it.
4. Once the download is complete you can find Zepp Tennis in your Apps.

Charge Your Sensor
We recommend charging your Zepp 2 sensor before each session. Charging
usually takes 1 - 2 hours. The battery life of the Zepp 2 sensor will last 6-8
hours before you have to charge it again.
Connect the sensor to the magnetic charging cable. If you feel any
resistance simply turn the sensor 180 degrees or until sensor snaps into
place.
The orange blinking LED indicates that the sensor is charging. We
recommend charging the sensor until there is a solid green on the charger.
Setup Your Account
1. Open up the app, and select “Log In With Your Account”.
2. Next select “Sign Up.”
3. Enter your email address and select “Next”.
4. Enter your first name, last name, and password (twice) then select
“Sign Up”.
5. Confirm or edit your username and select “Next”.
6. Select “Zepp Sensor” to connect your sensor.

Connect Your Sensor
1. Hold the power button down for 4 seconds to turn on your sensor.
The white LED will flash twice indicating that the sensor is turned on.
2. Select “Connect Zepp Sensor” from the Choose Device screen or the
gray sensor icon on the Record tab.
3. The sensor name will show up on Sensor List. If you do not see the
sensor name, be sure your device’s Bluetooth is on.
4. Select the sensor name in the list to connect the sensor.
5. In the "My Sensor" menu you can see your sensor’s battery level and
updates to your sensor’s firmware (if available). You can also rename
the your sensor.

Mount Your Sensor
Zepp Tennis 2 comes with three mounting options: the flex mount, pro
mount, and insert mount. Use the mount that best fits your racquet.
FLEX MOUNT
To use the Flex Mount:
1. Wrap the mount around the butt of the racquet. Align the markings
on the top of the mount with the face of the racquet.
2. Align the Sensor with the markings on the attached mount.

PRO MOUNT
To permanently attach the Pro Mount to a racquet:
1. Clean the butt cap of the racquet.
2. Remove the backing sheet from the mount.
3. Press and hold the mount down for 10 seconds.
4. Wait 24 hours before using.
5. Insert Sensor into the mount and turn clockwise to lock into place.

INSERT MOUNT
To use the Insert Mount:
zepp.com/tennis/insertmount-racquetlist.html
1. Check the link above to confirm your racquet is supported.
2. Pop out butt cap with a screwdriver.
3. Align and press mount firmly down until you hear a click.
4. Insert Sensor into the mount and turn clockwise to lock into place.

Feed
The Feed features videos and matches, shared by other Zepp players. To
add a post to the public feed, tap the plus icon in the top right and select a
video to share, along with a comment.
Each post can be hearted or commented on by the community. Select ALL
FEEDS to view all posts, or FRIENDS to view just posts from those you
follow.
The Feed tab is also the home of your Notification center, where you can
view activity alerts including comments and hearts on your posts, as well as
new followers.

The History tab shows your complete match record, including each day‘s
performance, match reports, and the video album.
The number of strokes today is listed at the top of the screen. Select the
arrow to see more details. Zepp Tennis categorizes strokes by type. Select
each stroke type to see detailed statistics.
Below the strokes are your matches, divided among singles and doubles.
Select a match to see statistics and video album from that match.
Select the sensor icon in the top right corner to manage/connect your
sensor. A green icon indicates a successful sensor connection.

Record
You can start a singles or doubles match while using a sensor. Or you can
just record video clips or keep score for a match, without a sensor.
To start a match, select the court where the match will be played. Zepp
may automatically locate a nearby court for you, or you can tap the
location bar then select from the list of nearby counts or create a new one.
Next, select singles or doubles and select the Start button.
Next select partners and opponents, and connect sensors, if any. You can
add players who already have Zepp accounts, or directly add a player who
does not yet have a Zepp account. You can also assign someone on the
sidelines to act as scorekeeper. They can track the match point by point
and the app will use their inputs to generate Advanced Statistics about the
match. You can also set up the phone on a tripod to automatically capture
great moments in the game on video. Finally, select Start Match.
When the match is finished, confirm the score and connect the sensor to
synchronize the sensor data. The app uses that data to update the day
report and to generate match statistics and video highlights.
Notification
The Notification tab shows match invites, follows, along with likes and
comments from other users.

Your profile summarizes your activity within Zepp Tennis.
Select the player icon in the upper right to search for and follow players
who have Zepp accounts.
Select the gear icon in the upper left to modify your settings and personal
information. Select the diamond icon to see the status of your Premium
subscription. All users start with a free trial to the premium features.
Select a number to see who you are following, who your followers are, and
see all the posts to the feed you’ve made.
Select an icon to set your racquets, see your ranking among those you
follow, and to see your Zepp Credits.
Select the map of the courts checked in view them. Slide and zoom the
map to see them all.
Select the Statistics tab to view your match statistics, personal bests, and
career totals.

Stoke Types
Zepp Tennis classifies each stroke based on the type of swing (forehand,
backhand, smash, serve, and volley), and ball spin (top spin, drive, and
slice). Select the type and spin to analyze statistics for each part of your
game so you can identify your strengths and weaknesses. Tap the # or % to
display the number or percentage of total strokes.

Ball Speed
Impact Location
Average Ball Spin
Score Keeping
Average and maximum ball speed for each type of stroke and spin.
The Zepp Tennis 2 sensor detects the ball impact location on the racquet.
The app displays the percent of impacts in the racquet’s sweet spot and a
cloud of these impacts on the racquet for each stroke type and ball spin.
The Zepp Tennis 2 sensor also detects ball spin. The app displays the
average ball spin for each stroke type and ball spin.
If a scorekeeper on the sidelines tracked the match point by point, the
Match Report also includes Advanced Statistics.

Smart Rally Capture
Pair a Zepp sensor to automatically record and crop video on every rally.
Smart rally capture requires at least one sensor for singles and at least two
sensors on one side for doubles.
Setup smart rally capture by following these steps.
1. Tap the Record tab, select a court, and add players.
2. Pair at least one sensor to a player.
3. Enable Connect Multiple Sensors at the bottom of the screen to enable
sensor pairing on other players.
4. Tap the green play icon to begin the match.
5. Tap camera icon in the bottom left of the record screen in order to
activate Smart Capture video recording, which will capture video of
every rally.
6. Tap the video thumbnail to review your first video captured to ensure
proper framing of the court.

Best Rallies
Video Effects
If you don’t have a Zepp Tennis 2 Sensor, or don’t want to use smart rally
capture, you are also able to capture great moments manually.
Have someone courtside select the camera button and follow the action.
When a highlight moment occurs, they can tap the 5s button to save off a
recording of the previous 5 seconds of video. No need to anticipate or to
miss a highlight moment.
When using smart rally capture, the app automatically picks out your best
rally videos based on key performance metrics so you can review and share
them instantly.
With a touch of magic, Zepp makes you look like a pro! Apply broadcast
style video and audio effects to your rally videos, then post them to the
Zepp feed and share them with your friends on social networks.

Leaderboards
Your match results are ranked on the leaderboards for each court, and for
your personal ranking among those you follow. Challenge opponents and
see who is the best among your friends.

Court Check-ins
Posting and Sharing
Every time you record a match at a court from the Record tab counts as a
Check-in. The Check-in map on the Profile can help you identify your
favorite courts.
You can post your match reports and video clips to the Zepp Tennis Feed.
You can also save and share them to other social networks.

Followers and Following
You can follow the activity of friends and others in the Zepp network. The
Following tab in the Profile lists all the users who you follow. The Follower
tab lists all users who follow you.
The Friends tab in the Feed shows posts only from those you follow. The
Ranking in your profile shows how your performance compares to those
you follow. You will get a notification when a user follows you.

App Updates
Zepp periodically adds new features, updates, and improvements to the
Zepp Tennis app. It is recommended that you keep your Zepp Tennis app
updated to the latest version.
Using Your Zepp Sensor In Wet Conditions
Your Zepp sensor is sweat-proof, rain-proof, water resistant, and
can function with light water exposure.
Specifications
Firmware Updates
Zepp will periodically update the sensor firmware to further improve
sensor performance. Go to Personal Profile -> Sensor to access the
sensor management page, an upgrade notification will show if one is
available. Upgrading takes 2 to 3 minutes to complete.
Settings
Access these settings from the gear icon in the upper right of the
Profile.
My Account
Edit your photo and personal information. Be sure your height and
weight are correct in order to get accurate stroke data.
My Sensors
Manage sensors connections, sensor names, and sensor firmware.
Apple Watch (iOS only)
Instructions for using a Zepp Tennis 2 sensor with an Apple Watch.
Units
Choose imperial or metric.
Camera Settings
Change video related settings including frame rate.
Storage and Sync
Manage recorded videos, caches, and changed synchronization settings.
