ZAmon STICK
Die Einhaltung der nachfolgenden Vorgaben dient auch der Sicherheit des Produktes.
Sollten die angegebenen Hinweise insbesondere zur generellen Sicherheit, Transport,
Lagerung, Montage, Betriebsbedingungen, Inbetriebnahme, Instandhaltung, Wartung, Rei-
nigung und Entsorgung / Recycling nicht beachtet werden, kann das Produkt eventuell nicht
sicher betrieben werden und kann eine Gefahr für Leib und Leben der Benutzer und dritter
Personen darstellen.
Abweichungen von den nachfolgenden Vorgaben können daher sowohl zum Verlust der
gesetzlichen Sachmängelhaftungsrechte führen als auch zu einer Haftung des Käufers für
das durch die Abweichung von den Vorgaben unsicher gewordene Produkt.
Allgemeine Beschreibung
Die Frequenzumrichter ZAdyn4C, ZAdynpro oder ZAdyn4B können über die App-Software
ZAmon bedient werden, die auf einem Smartphone oder Tablet installiert ist. Das Smartpho-
ne oder Tablet kommuniziert über eine Bluetooth®-Funkverbindung mit dem Frequenz-
umrichter. Für die Kommunikation wird der Bluetooth Adapter "ZAmon STICK" benötigt, der
an den Frequenzumrichter angeschlossen wird.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der ZAmon STICK dient dazu, eine Bluetooth®-Funkverbindung zwischen einem Smart-
phone oder Tablet und den Frequenzumrichtern ZAdyn4C, ZAdynpro oder ZAdyn4B herzu-
stellen.
Verwendung in Europa
ZAmon STICK entspricht der Richtlinie 2014/53/EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED).

Anforderungen an das Personal / Sorgfaltspflicht des Betrei-
bers
Der Betreiber muss sicherstellen, dass nur ausreichend qualifiziertes und autorisiertes
Personal das Gerät bedient. Insbesondere muss sichergestellt sein, dass das Gerät
außerhalb öffentlichen Zugriffs angebracht ist, um auszuschießen, dass nicht-autorisier-
te Personen den Vorgang zum Aufbauen einer Verbindung durchführen können.

Anschluss
Der Anschluss erfolgt mit einer CAT5 Netzwerkleitung. Die CAT5 Netzwerkleitung wird
an der RJ45-Buchsen des ZAmon STICK und des ZAdyn (Anschlussklemme X-PAD)
angeschlossen.

Montage / Befestigung
Montageort:
Der ZAmon STICK darf nicht im Schaltschrank oder an einem Ort montiert werden, an
dem der Aufbau einer Bluetooth®-Funkverbindung nicht möglich ist.
Befestigung am Frequenzumrichter:
ZAdyn4C 011-032: ZAmon STICK in die Aussparung auf dem Deckel einsetzen und leicht
andrücken.
ZAdyn4C 040-074,
ZAdyn4B:
ZAmon STICK mit Hilfe des Magnetstreifens, der sich hinter dem Typen-
schild befindet, am Gehäuse des ZAdyn4C 040-074 oder des ZAdyn4B
befestigen.
ZAdynpro: ZAmon STICK mit Hilfe des Magnetstreifens, der sich hinter dem Typen-
schild befindet, auf der Montageplatte des ZAdynpro oder an einer anderen
metallischen Fläche befestigen.

Bedienung
Auslösen des Pairing-Vorganges
Durch den Pairing-Vorgang wird eine Bluetooth®-Funkverbindung zwischen dem
ZAmon STICK und dem Smartphone oder Tablet hergestellt. Der Pairing-Vorgang muss
durchgeführt werden, wenn Sie zum ersten Mal eine Bluetooth-Verbindung herstellen
möchten.
Für nähere Informationen zum Pairing-Vorgang siehe die Hilfedatei der App-Software
ZAmon.
! Stellen sie sicher, dass die LED grün leuchtet.
"Um den Pairing-Vorgang auszulösen, den Taster (1) kurz drücken.
✓Die LED blinkt 10 s lang blau (Intervall 1s).
✓Wenn der Pairing-Vorgang abgeschlossen ist, leuchtet die LED dauerhaft blau.
Löschen der Pairing-Informationen
Die im ZAmon STICK gespeicherten Informationen zu Endgeräten, zu denen bereits
eine Bluetooth®-Funkverbindung durch den Pairing-Vorgang hergestellt wurde, können
gelöscht werden.
"Den Taster (1) mindestens 10 s lang gedrückt halten.
✓Wenn die Pairing-Informationen gelöscht wurden, blinkt die LED 5 x nacheinander
rot.
Soll erneut eine Bluetooth®-Funkverbindung zu Endgeräten hergestellt werden, muss
der Pairing-Vorgang nochmals für jedes Endgerät durchgeführt werden.
Information
Die Reichweite des ZAmon STICK beträgt bis zu 10 m. Die Reichweite ist allgemein
stark abhängig von Störungseinflüssen und Einbausituation.

ZAmon STICK
Compliance with the following instructions is mandatory to ensure the functionality and
safety of the product. If the following instructions given especially but not limited for general
safety, transport, storage, mounting, operating conditions, start-up, maintenance, repair,
cleaning and disposal / recycling are not observed, the product may not operate safely and
may cause a hazard to the life and limb of users and third parties.

General description
The frequency inverters ZAdyn4C, ZAdynpro or ZAdyn4B can be operated by the app-
software ZAmon, that is installed on a smartphone or a tablet. The smartphone or tablet
communicates with the frequency inverter via a Bluetooth®-radio connection. For the
communication, the Bluetooth adapter "ZAmon STICK" is necessary, that is connected to
the frequency inverter.
Intended use
The ZAmon STICK is used to establish a Bluetooth®-radio connection between a smart-
phone or a tablet and the frequency inverters ZAdyn4C, ZAdynpro or ZAdyn4B.
Using in Europe
ZAmon STICK complies with the Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU [RED]).

Requirements placed on the personnel / due diligence of the
operator
The operator must ensure that only sufficient qualified and authorised personnel oper-
ates the device. Especially, it has to be ensured that the device is mounted outside of
public access to exclude that unauthorized persons can carry out the procedure of
establishing a connection.

Mounting / Fastening
Mounting location:
The ZAmon STICK may not be mounted in a switch cabinet or at a location where a
Bluetooth®-radio connection is not possible.
Mounting on the frequency inverter
ZAdyn4C 011-032: Insert the ZAmon STICK into the recess on the lid and press it slightly.
ZAdyn4C 040-074,
ZAdyn4B:
Fix the ZAmon STICK by means of the magnetic strip located behind the
name plate to the housing of the ZAdynC 040-074 or of the ZAdyn4B.
ZAdynpro: Fix the ZAmon STICK by means of the magnetic strip located behind the
name plate on the mounting plate of the ZAdynpro or on another magnet-
isable surface.

Operation
Triggering of the pairing procedure
By means of the pairing procedure, a Bluetooth®-radio connection between the ZAmon
STICK and the smartphone or the tablet is established. The pairing procedure has to be
carried out if you whish to establish a Bluetooth connection for the first time.
For more information on the pairing procedure, see the help file of the app-software
ZAmon.
! Make sure that the LED shines green.
"In order to trigger the pairing procedure, press the button (1) briefly.
✓The LED flashes blue for 10 s (interval 1 s).
✓When the pairing procedure is complete, the LED shines blue continously.
Deleting the pairing information
The information stored in the ZAmon STICK concerning terminals to which a Blue-
tooth® radio connection was already established by the pairing procedure can be
deleted.
"Keep the button (1) pressed for at least 10 s.
✓When the pairing information is deleted, the LED flashes consecutively red 5 times.
To establish once again a Bluetooth® radio connection to terminals, the pairing proce-
dure has to be carried out again for every terminal.
Information
The range of the ZAmon STICK can be up to 10 m. The range depends generally largely
on interferences and the assembly situation.
