INSTALLATION
1. Connect the Ethernet cable to your router/modem.
2. Connect the power adapter.
3. Device will start illuminang orange light while automacally
seng up itself in around 2 minutes. Please wait for the process to
end.
4. Blue light will start blinking when the self-setup is completed.

LIGHT CODES
Red Light Meanings :
1. In the User Mode; Red light flashing rapidly indicates that alarm is
triggered.
2. In the User Mode; Red light illuminang connuously indicates that
alarm is armed.
Green and Blue Light Meanings :
1. In the User Mode; Green light blinking regularly indicates that device is
working normal.
2. In the User Mode; If you press and hold the Sengs Buon for 2
seconds blue light will start illuminang connuously indicang that
device entered in Sengs Mode.
3. In the Sengs Mode; Blue light flashing 5 mes indicates that a wrong
command has given.
4. In the Sengs Mode; Blue light flashing twice indicates that the
entered command is processed.
5. In the Sengs Mode; Green light flashing rapidly indicates that device
is connecng to a network. Once the network connecon is completed,
green light will blink 3 mes.
Blue Light Meanings :
1. In the User Mode; Blue light flashing rapidly indicates that the server
connecon couldn’t be made.
2. In the User Mode; Blue light flashing once indicates that mobile
connecon is made.
3. In the User Mode; Blue light flashing twice indicates that server
connecon is made.
Orange Light Meanings :
1. Orange light illuminang indicates that power adapter is connected to
the device.

INSTRUCTIONS
Network Connecon :
Press and hold the Sengs Buon for 3 seconds ll the blue light stops
illuminang. Once the blue light starts illuminang connuously press the
Sengs Buon once (Blue light will blink once). Press and hold the Sengs
Buon for 3 seconds again ll the blue light starts illuminang connuously.
Blue light will flash twice and green light will start illuminang, indicang
that network connecon mode is acvated. Acvate the devices network
connecon which will be added to network and connecon will be made in
seconds. Once the connecon is completed, press and hold the Sengs
Buon for 3 seconds to exit the Connecon Mode.
Note: Device will exit the connecon mode in 120 seconds if any buon
hasn’t pressed.
Factory Sengs :
Press and hold the Sengs Buon ll the blue light stops illuminang. Once
the blue light starts illuminang connuously press the Sengs Buon 10
mes (Blue light will blink once aer each pressing). Press and hold the
Sengs Buon on 11th pressing, blue light will blink 3 mes and once the
green light start illuminang factory reset will be started.
Note: This process might take 2 minutes, once the blue light illuminates
device will be ready to use.
Note: If you press the Sengs Buon more or less than 10 mes green light
will flash 5 mes indicang that the process was unsuccessful. You can
connue the process by pressing 10 mes as explained above.
Note: Aer factory reset Gateway will create a new SSID network. All added
devices before reset will be removed from the network. If the removed
devices wanted to be added to the new network, factory reset must be
made on those devices before connecng to new network.

SMARTPHONE APPLICATION MANUAL
Install the mobile Videocom Zigbee applicaon by searching for “Zigbee
Gateway” on Google Play Store and Apple Store.
You can scan the QR code on kit boxes to easy access to applicaon page.
Mobile applicaon can be installed and used on smartphones and tablets.

INSTRUCTIONS
Connect the same network which Gateway is connected to aer
installing the mobile applicaon. Open the applicaon and create the
Home Admin user name and password.
Note: First created account will be Home Admin and can give
administraon to added accounts.
Applicaon will scan the network and add all Zigbee devices in the
network to the screen.
ALARM MENU
Alarm buon on the upper le
corner will navigate you to
Alarm Menu which can be
used to control the alarm
system. Alarm system can be
armed, disarmed and muted in
this secon.
Note: This secon can be used
by Home Admin only.

SETTINGS MENU
Sengs buon located at
upper right corner will navigate
you to Sengs Menu which
can be used for creang new
users, creang new rooms,
controlling the alarm system
and creang scenarios.
Creang Rooms :
You can create as much room as you want and add devices to be
controlled in those rooms.

Adding Users :
This secons can be used by Home Admin only.
New users can be added, passwords of users can be edited and devices
can be designated to users which only designated user can control.

Creang Scenarios :
Scenario screen can be used by all users. New scenarios can be created in
this secon which allows you to control mulple devices with a single
buon.
New users can be added, passwords of users can be edited and devices can

Choose the device statuses as on or off on main screen. Then enter the
scenario menu and slide the devices you want to control to the right list.
