Operator’s Manual
1. The Power Bank can be charged by
plugging the Micro-USB cable (included)
into a powered USB port or USB charger.
2. The Power Bank’s blue LEDs will
illuminate in sequence and blink while
charging. Upon completion, the LEDs will
remain illuminated signaling a complete
charge.
Note: The approximate charging time for the
Power Bank is 2-4 hours from an AC outlet
and up to 6 hours from a computer or other
power source.
WARNING: Safe operating temperature range
is 32°F - 100°F. DO NOT EXCEED THE
RECOMMENDED SAFE OPERATING
TEMPERATURES. Charging in environmental
temperatures greater than 100°F may
degrade performance; reduce the life of the
battery; cause the product to overheat or fail
and may result in a risk of fire, explosion and
potential bodily injury or property damage.
1. Fully charge the Power Bank before use.
2. This Power Bank features two USB ports
with a maximum output of 5V/3.1A.
3. Before charging your electronic device,
please refer to the manufacturer’s
documentation for charging requirements
and proper cable for your device.
4. Insert a USB charging cable (not included)
into your device and into the USB-A port
on the Power Bank and charging will
begin immediately. The blue LEDs will
display the remaining battery life.
5. When charging from output 2 (supplying
the greater 2A current), the power LEDs
will illuminate while charging. When
charging from port 1 only (lower 1A
current), the LEDs will not illuminate
automatically. To check the batttery
capacity, tap the Power Bank case above
the ZipKord logo and the LEDs will light to
show the level of charge remaining.
6. Do not force the cable connectors when
plugging into the Power Bank – they
should connect easily with minimal effort.
7. For best results, be sure to recharge your
Power Bank after charging your devices.
Forcing the connectors may cause damage
to the Power Bank and may invalidate the
Limited Lifetime Warranty.

The Power Bank contains a Lithium Polymer
Battery. The following precautions should be
taken to ensure proper and safe operation:
• The battery, which is contained in a
hermetically sealed container, should
never be opened, destroyed or incinerated.
• Avoid operating the Power Bank in high
humidity or immersion of the Power Bank
or battery in liquids including water or salt
water.
• Avoid operating in high temperatures or
storing the Power Bank in direct sunlight
near or around other heat sources.
• Do not operate the Power Bank if it is wet
or damaged to prevent electric shock,
explosion and/or injury. Do not attempt to
open, modify or misuse in any manner.
• Do not over-charge the battery.
• Battery may explode or cause burns if
disassembled, crushed or exposed to fire
or high temperatures, which may result in
bodily injury or property damage.
Always follow provided instructions regarding
charging and USB connections. Failure to do
so may cause damage to the Power Bank,
your mobile device and, may invalidate the
Limited Lifetime Warranty.
• The Power Bank produces heat while
charging. Always operate in well-ventilated
areas.
• Keep the Power Bank ports free from dust
or debris that may prevent proper
connections.
• Do not use the Power Bank or its
integrated cables for anything other than
charging electronic devices.
• Do not charge the Power Bank and an
electronic device at the same time. This
will shorten the life of the battery.
WARNING: Lithium Polymer batteries can
rupture, ignite, or explode when exposed to
temperatures over 100°F or when stored in
direct sunlight. Do not operate while covered
or poorly ventilated. Do not store in a motor
vehicle at high temperatures.
