Chapter One Introduction
ZMC is short for ZMotion motion controller. ZMotion motion
controller can be used in various occasions where offline or online
operation is required.
ZMC supports up to 12-axis linear interpolation, arbitrary
circular interpolation, spatial circular, helical interpolation,
electronic cam, electronic gear, synchronous following, virtual axis
setting, etc.
ZMC supports multi-task running at the same time, at
the same time it can be directly simulated on the PC.
XPLC is a product of ZMC motion controller
integrated ladder diagram and configuration software.
1.1 Connection configuration
Typical connection configuration diagram
The XPLC motion controller supports Ethernet, USB, CAN, 485 and
other communication interfaces. Each expansion module can be
connected through the CAN bus to expand the number of input / output
points or motion axes (120 ohm resistors need to be connected in
parallel at both ends of the CAN bus).
XPLC motion controller supports U disk to save or read data.

1.2 Installation and programming
ZDevelop development environment
The XPLC controller is programmed through the ZDevelop development
environment. ZDevelop is a very convenient programming, compilation
and debugging environment. ZDevelop can establish a connection with
the controller via serial port, 485, USB or Ethernet.
Application programs can be developed using VC, VB, VS, C ++
Builder, C #, and other software. When debugging, you can connect
ZDevelop software to the controller at the same time, and the dynamic
library zmotion.dll is needed when the program runs
XPLC programming can use ZBasic language and ladder diagram,
and multiple programs can run simultaneously.The ladder
diagram and configuration software of XPLC need to use
ZDevelopv2.68 or above.
1.3 Features
●Up to 32-axis motion control.
●The fastest refresh cycle of EtherCAT is 2ms.
●Pulse output mode: direction / pulse or double pulse.
●Support encoder position measurement, can be configured as handwheel input

mode.
●Maximum output pulse frequency of each axis 500kHz
●by CAN bus,Can be expanded up to 512 isolated input or output ports.
●Axis positive / negative limit signal port / origin signal port can be
configured as any input port at will.
●The maximum output current of OUT28-31 output port can reach 300mA, which
can directly drive some solenoid valves.

●Support up to 16-axis linear interpolation, arbitrary circular
interpolation, helical interpolation.
●Support electronic cam, electronic gear, position latch, synchronous
follow, virtual axis and other functions.

This article XPLC3264E is the general name of XPLC1664E / XPLC2464E and
other controllers. All the controllers of this series have the same wiring and
