TheZXHNH196AisanadvancedrouterthatsupportsDual-bandconcurrent
11acWi-Fi.ItprovidesHighSpeedInternet,IPTVservicesthroughtheGE
uplink.Thoseservicesaredeliveredbythegatewayonyourhomenetwork
tothePCs,STBs,gamingdevicesandsoonviatheintegratedinterfaces:
Ethernet,Wi-Fi.
Itsupportsthefollowingfeatures:

Thefactorsaffectingthewirelessnetworkcoveragerangeincludethelocation
oftheproduct,distancebetweentheproductandawirelessterminal,num-
berofobstacles,obstaclematerialanddensity ,andinterferencesource.It
isrecommendedthatyouplacetheproductinaccordancewiththefollowing
principlestomaximizethestrengthofwirelesssignals.
�Theproductshouldbefarawayfromtheobjectsaffectingwirelesssignal
propagation,forexample,anobjectwithahighreectivitysuchasametallic
objectoramirror.
�Theproductshouldbefarawayfromanelectricalappliancewithastrong
magneticorelectriceld,forexample,amicrowaveoven,arefrigerator,a
wirelessrouter,acordlessphone,oraBluetoothproduct.
�Theproductshouldbeinstalledonthesameoorastheappliedarea.
�Donotputotherobjectsontheproduct.Trytoreducethenumberofobsta-
clesbetweentheproductandawirelessterminal.
�Horizontallyplacetheproductinthemiddleoftheappliedareaanddonot
putitinacorner.
�Donotplacetheproductatahighpositionwhileitisplacedhorizontally.The
recommendedheightis1.2to1.5meters.

4Troubleshooting
Thegreenindicatoronthefrontpanelisoffafterthedeviceis
poweredon.
�Thewirelessnetworkisnotenabledandcheckingthecongurationofwire-
lessnetwork.
�Theindicatorfunctionisdisabled.
�TheuplinksignalisweakintheExtendermodeandcheckingtheuplink
connection.
Theredindicatoronthefrontpanelisashingafterthedevice
ispoweredon.
�TheWANlinkisnotestablished.
�TheEthernetcableisnotcorrectlyconnectedtotheWANinterface.
�Pleasecontacttheserviceproviderforhelp.
Unabletoconnecttothenetwork.
�CheckthattheEthernetcableiscorrectlyconnectedtotheWANinterface
andtheEthernetcableiscorrectlyconnectedtotheLANinterface.
�Checktheindicatoronthefrontpanelissolidredorashingred.
Restorethefactorydefaultsettings.
Afterthepowerison,useaneedletopressthebuttonforover5secondsto
restorethedefaultfactorysettings.

FCCStatement
ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClass
Bdigitaldevice,pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsarede-
signedtoprovidereasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinares-
identialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates,usesandcanradiateradio
frequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstruc-
tions,maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications.However,
thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticularinstalla-
tion.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevision
reception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoffandon,the

userisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefol-
lowingmeasures:
�Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
�Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
�Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhich
thereceiverisconnected.
�Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.
Toassurecontinuedcompliance,anychangesormodicationsnotexpressly
approvedbythepartyresponsibleforcompliancecouldvoidtheuser’sauthor-
itytooperatethisequipment.(Example-useonlyshieldedinterfacecables
whenconnectingtocomputerorperipheraldevices).
FCCRadiationExposureStatement
ThisdevicecomplieswithFCCradiationexposurelimitssetforthforanun-
controlledenvironmentanditalsocomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRFRules.
Thisequipmentmustbeinstalledandoperatedinaccordancewithprovided
instructionsandtheantenna(s)usedforthistransmittermustbeinstalledto
provideaseparationdistanceofatleast20cmfromallpersonsandmustnot
beco-locatedoroperatinginconjunctionwithanyotherantennaortransmitter.
End-usersandinstallersmustbeprovidewithantennainstallationinstructions
andconsiderremovingtheno-collocationstatement.
ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjectto
