The MAGBOT Dual Experience
This User manual is designed to help you start your
experience with DE-10. Within these pages, we want to show you
how simple and easy it is to produce great prints.
You might be familiar with other type of 3D-printers. It is essential
that your read this manual carefully as there are a lot of new
procedures with MAGBOT DE-10.

WARNING: The 3D Printer generates high temperatures and has hot moving parts that
can cause injury. Never reach inside of the 3D Printer while it is in operation. Always
control the 3D Printer from the push wheel on the front or with the power-switch on the
back. Allow the 3D Printer to cool down for 5 minutes before reaching inside.
CAUTION: When opening the 3D Printer for service, ensure that the power supply is
turned off and the cord is disconnected from the wall socket.

Understanding the Menu

Leveling the bed
Adjust the leveling screws to
level the print bed.
1. Touch the 'level' icon on the touch LCD then select ‘FIRST’
Cut a small piece of paper from the A4 paper and slide it in
between the nozzle and the print bed, adjust the nut until there is
slight resistance on the paper from the nozzle while moving the
paper.
2. Repeat the same step for 'SECOND' , 'THIRD' and 'FOURTH'
location.
3. Once you have finished repeat the whole process at least
once to ensure the print bed is levered correctly.

Basic installation
FILAMENT HOLDERS
•Install the filament holders
from the Kit provided
•Ensure the screws are
screwed outwards
FILAMENTS
1. Insert filament to the PTFE
tube 1 behind the printer
2. Insert filament to the PTFE
tube 2 behind the printer
3. Pull the filament from the
inside top center
4. Preheat the extruder (Set
temperature to 200 C)
5. Press the extruder handle
down and insert the
filament to the extruder
hole and push it all the way
in.
6. From the LCD main screen
click Extrude > Set to 10mm
> Click In.
7. Continue to click in until
filament is extruding from
the nozzle.

Slicer software
Repetier-Host Installation
Go to SD card > Software > click Repetier-Host-Mac_1_0_2.dmg for MAC or setupRepetierHost_2_0_1
for PC and follow the instructions
Click NextSelect the destination folder to install
Click Next Click Next

a. Click > Configuration
b. Click > Import

c. Select from SD card
Click to import a stl file

First Print
•Prepare the file in 3D design software
•Safe the file as .stl
•Open it in a slicer software (i.e. Cura, Reptier-host, Simplify3D etc)
•Ensure your settings are set correctly for a optimal print
•Save the file (gcode) to a SD card
•Plug the SD card to the printer SD card slot
•Touch Print from the touch LCD panel

Basic maintenance tips
•Lubricating the axis every six months is
essential to maintain the smooth
movements of all the movable parts and
ensure error free printing
•Cleaning the nozzle to prevent clogging
and smooth extruding is essential
