Unpacking operation
After you receive the TOYDIY 4in1 3D Printer, please open the box
according to following the steps. Each machine has been strictly
tested and packaged before leaving the factory. Please be careful
during unpacking.
Grasp two Zip tie to hold the machine with your both hands, and
gentlytake TOYDIY 4in1 3D Printer out of the box. Be careful not
to directly grasp the guide rail of X axis so as not to damage the
machine.
当您收到易立创 TOYDIY 4in1 3D Printer 时,请按照步骤开箱。每台机器
在出厂前都进行了严格测试及包装。请开箱时务必小心操作。
两手分别抓住固定机器的其中两条扎带,从两边抓取机器,把 TOYDIY
4in1 3D Printer 从箱子中缓慢取出。

注意 : 不要直接抓 X 轴导轨,以免损伤机器。
Note:Do not grab the X-axis guide rail directly to avoid damage to the machine.
Note: Please do not use too much force when taking the machine out of the carton, so as not to
damage the machine. The toolhead flat cable is not a handle. Do not pull or twist the toolhead flat
cable at any time.
注意:把机器从纸箱中拿出来时请不要太用力,以免损伤机器。工具头排线不是把手,在任何时候
都不要拉扯或扭曲工具头排线。

Cut the three white Zip ties in Figure.
剪断 3 条白色扎带。
Place the machine in a stable surface and remove the wrapped plastic
protective bag, cut the X-axis toolhead xing seat Zip tie.
把机器放置在平稳的地方,去掉包裹的塑料保护袋 , 剪掉 X 轴固定座的
扎带。

Unscrew the screw on the left side of the platfrom (to limit the bed
movement during shipment) and four screws on the back side of the
fuselage xing the X-axis guide rail and the printing base plate with a
M3.0 screwdriver and remove the two extra angle plate .
Take out all the packing accessories from the accessory box (the
packing accessories with different congurations are different, which
shall be subject to the physical objects received. Four kinds of tool
heads are used as demonstration. In case of doubt, please consult
your vendor).
用 M3.0 螺丝刀旋下机身左侧(固定打印底板固定座)的一颗螺丝,机
身背面 固定 X 轴导轨与打印底板的四颗螺丝。
从配件箱中取出所有装箱配件(不同配置装箱配件不同,具体以收到实
物为准,此以四种工具头作为演示。如有疑问,可咨询您的销售商)

Install FDM dual toolhead 安装 FDM 双头工具头
Take out the FDM-dual toolhead from the accessories box. Unscrew the mounting screw on the xing seat of X-axis(Toolhead).
从配件箱里取出 FDM 双头工具头。 先旋下 X 轴(工具头)固定座上的手拧螺丝。

Place the toolhead into the toolhead clamping groove of the
X-axis (tool head) xing seat from top to bottom.
Connect the toolhead flat cable, and fix the toolhead with
the mounting screw.
工具头从上至下卡进 X 轴(工具头)固定座卡槽。 连接工具头排线,然后旋上手拧螺丝。

5Insert the lament tube into the toolhead and insert it to the end.
把导丝管插入工具头,插到底。
注意:导丝管必须插入工具头到底,否则会引起耗材堵住。

把两卷耗材分别放置在耗材架上,再将耗材头部拉直后分别插入上、下挤出机导丝管内,插入耗材时请按住挤出机压块,一直插到工具
头接口上方 1cm 处。
Place the lament roll on to the Filament holder. Then insert the lament (the head of the lament should be flat and straight) into
the lament tubes of the upper and lower extruders (please hold up the extruder block when inserting the lament, otherwise it will
be difcult to insert the lament), and insert it up to 1cm above to the lament port of the toolhead。
注意:如果耗材头部不在图示位置,会引起耗材堵塞,每次更换耗材都需要按图示位置放置。
Note: If the head of lament is not in the position shown in the gure, it will cause the lament to be blocked. You need to place
the lament in the position shown in the gure every time you replace the lament.

2 Take out the magnetic plate from the accessories box and place it on the printing bottom plate.

1Take out the power adapter and power cable from the accessories box, connect them together, and Turn on the machine.

The machine status on the display screen is FDM status
(factory default status).If not please read the other
section in the manual to change the rmware status.
Check the z-offset value in the menu and conrm that the
Z-offset value in the menu is consistent with the default
Z-offset value of the current tool head.
显示屏显示当前机器状态为 FDM 3D Printer 状态(出厂默
认状态)。如不是,请查看用户使用说明书更改机器状态。
在菜单中检查 Z-oset 值,确认菜单中的 Z-oset 值和当前
使用工具头出厂默认的 Z-oset 值一致。

this time, the upper beam light and the display lights up.
按下电源开关按钮,打开机器。此时手把灯亮,显示屏点亮。

Print test le 打印测试文件
Take out the SD card from the accessories box and insert it
into the SD card slot.
Enter the menu "Print from SD>FDM 3D Printing Test Modle.
gcode." Select the le for printing.
从配件箱中取出 SD 卡,插入 SD 卡卡槽。 进入菜单 Print from SD > FDM 3D Printing Test Modle.gcode,
选择该文件点击打印,该文件为单色 3D 打印测试文件,建议首次
打印先测试 3D 打印功能。

注意:TOYDIY 4in1 3D Printer 只能使用 Ecubware 切片软件。如果使用
Cura 切片软件会引起堵头或失败。Ecubware 切片软件说明书请在 SD
卡或官网上阅读。
Note: TOYDIY 4in1 3D Printer can only be uses with Ecubware slicing
software. If you use "Cura" for slicing it might be casue for printing
failure. Please read the Ecubware slicing software manual on SD card
or ofcial website.

The machine automatically performs operations such as
Auto-home return-Nozzle heating-bottom plate heating-
Start Printing without any manual intervention.
Observe whether the printing process is normal, and wait for
the printing to be completed. Remove the soft magnetic plate,
bend the soft magnetic plate, and remove the model.
机器自动进行回零 - 喷头加热 - 底板加热 - 打印等操作,无需
人工干预。 观察打印过程是否正常,等待打印完成。取下软磁板,弯曲软磁板,
取下模型。

注意:打印测试文件是使用 Ecubware 切片软件生成的,本机不支持使用其他切片软件生成
的 gcode. 如需要使用 Cura 切片软件请浏览官网相应教程。
