IMPORTANT:
When operating an ozone generator, please remember to remove people, pets,
and plants from the area. Be sure to leave the area immediately and only return
once the ozone has dissipated. Under most conditions, the treated area should
be safe to return to in 2-4 hours after the unit stops producing ozone. Ozone has
a half life of 30 minutes. Treated spaces or buildings should be well-ventilated
prior to re-entry. Do not use around ammable substances or solvents.
This unit is designed to remove pet odor, smoke odor, cooking odor and skunk odor. Do not use this unit
for odor caused by ammable items or solvents.

Important Safety Information
READ AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS - Save for Future Reference
• Store the A7K in a cool, dry area.
• Do not take the ozone generator apart as mechanical failure may occur. Return the unit
directly to the manufacturer for repair.
• Do not breathe in ozone directly.
• Because of the high concentration of ozone produced, do not use the unit in an occupied
room where people, plants or pets are present.
• Prolonged exposure to ozone may cause lung damage.
• The A7K is designed to shock treat rooms with strong odors.
• DO NOT enter the unoccupied room until 2-4 hours after the machine has turned off. Make
sure the room is properly ventilated (for example: opening windows) after the appropriate
amount of time.
• Ozone half-life is 30 minutes. This means that after the cycle has completed in 30 minutes,
half of the ozone would have dissipated. In another 30 minutes, another half of the ozone
would have dissipated.
• Breathing in ozone may cause shortness of breath, lung irritation, headaches and lead to
long term respiratory issues.
• DO NOT open the casing. There is a risk of electric shock.
• Be sure to remove any gasoline or other flammable chemicals from the treatment area as
they are an extreme fire hazard.
• DO NOT use this unit to remove odor that comes from flammable fluids or solvents. This
is an extreme health hazard.
Please note: In the state of California, ozone generators are for
industrial use only. Use only in unoccupied spaces.
Health hazard: Emits ozone

• The 24-hour cycle will repeat until the machine is turned off.
CAUTION: Be sure to allow the unit’s fan to run 30 minutes at the end of the ozone cycles to
cool the unit properly. If the unit is not properly cooled, damaged plates will result.
NOTE: When the unit is powered off, the machine will default to the last settings used when
powered on again.
For Best Results
• Before beginning ozone treatment, make sure the room is sealed completely, including
vents.
• Place the unit in the center of the room to ensure ozone is dispersed evenly.
• As room size increases, fan speed and treatment time should also increase.
• For more severe odors, both plates should be activated.
• Once the cycle is completed, allow time for ozone to dissipate before reentering the room.
• Ozone has a half-life of 30 minutes, meaning ozone will dissipate after this amount of time
has passed.
• For example, if running a 4-hour cycle, returning 6 to 8 hours later will ensure most of
the ozone has reverted back to oxygen.
• Do not ozonate a freshly painted room as it can have an adverse reaction with chemicals
in the paint.
• Ozone plates should be replaced after 2 years or 2000 hours of use. In particularly dusty
or polluted conditions, change as needed.

• The fuse is between the back rocker switch and the power cord connector.

Troubleshooting
13
Problem Possible Cause What To Do
No Power
Main Fuse
Check the main fuse next to the power
in port. If that is intact check the fuse
located on the main control board. This is
located behind the front panel.
Defective Control
If your unit has some power you will see
an indicator light flash when the power
button is pressed. The other option is
that the fuses are both ok and power is
present but not distributing it through the
system.
Only Back Power Is
On Bad Transformer
Back power is on, but there is no power
on the control board. Check the 12 VAC
transformer located behind the bottom
right-hand corner on the front cover.
No Ozone
Old or Damaged Plates
Look in the side of the unit with the
vents. There should be a purple glow all
over the ozone plate. If there isn’t any
glow or it is very “spotty” then you will
need to replace them.
Order C-3500 Ceramic Ozone Plates Set
to repair this issue.
Unit in Repeat Mode
When you select a repeat timer, the
unit will run its full timer function and
then the fan will continue to run until
the power is turned off. However, the
ozone plates will turn off until the next
ozonation cycle after the repeat timer.
No Plates Selected Hit O3Plate Selection Button until the
desired amount of plates are selected.
