HOW TO USE A HIDDEN CAM & CAM SCREW OR CAM DOWEL
NOTE: Various CAM SCREWS or a CAM DOWEL may be used.

Insert the CAM SCREW or CAM DOWEL into the

carton to avoid scratchin your unit or the floor.
å Turn six CAM SCREWS (2) into the TOP (A).
å Push six HIDDEN CAMS (1) into the ENDS (B and C),
and UPRIGHT (D).

å NOTE: Be sure the WOOD DOWELS in the ENDS and UPRIGHT
insert into the BOTTOM.

the L-WRENCH (8).
å NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before

å Repeat this step for the remainin FRAMES.

åFasten the FRAMES (H and K) to the TOP (A)
and SHELVES (L). Tihten sixteen 1-15/16" HEX
HEAD SCREWS (15) usin the L-WRENCH (8).
åNOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before
completely tihtenin any of them.
åFasten the LOWER FRAMES (K) to the BRACES (G).
Tihten four 1-3/16" HEX HEAD SCREWS (12) usin
the L-WRENCH (8).
åNOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before

been enineered to be lihter, stroner,
faster… well ok. Not technically faster.
But definitely makes for a sturdier wall-
mounted bookcase With door that’s
easier to assemble and friendlier to
the environment.

å1st-Carefully stand your unit upriht aainst the wall in its final location. Strike a mark throuh the center of the hole in
the UPPER FRAMES (H). Lay your unit down.
å2nd-Drill a 5/16" hole on the marks.
å3rd-While you squeeze the wins toether, ently tap two WALL ANCHORS (7) into the holes until they are even with
the surface of the wall.
åStand your unit upriht placin the brackets in the UPPER FRAMES (H) over the WALL ANCHORS (7).
åTurn two 2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (16) throuh the holes in the UPPER FRAMES (H) and into the WALL ANCHORS. (7).
åNOTE: You will need to turn the 2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (16) multiple turns to completely tihten and secure your unit
to the wall.

å Fasten the PULL (4) to the DOOR (J). Use two 38"
MACHINE SCREWS (10).
å Fasten the GUIDES to the DOOR (J). Use eiht 1/2" FLAT
HEAD SCREWS (13).

åNOTE: The UPPER GUIDE (5) tabs should be down before startin this step.
åInsert the LOWER GUIDES (6) in the DOOR (J) at an anle into the roove in the BOTTOM (F). Then, tilt
the DOOR (J) up vertically. Push the UPPER GUIDE (5) tabs up into the roove in the TOP (A).
åNOTE: The DOOR should slide freely in the track.
åNOTE: The DOOR ap is adjustable. Turn the cam on the LOWER GUIDES (6) with a
STRAIGHT EDGE SCREWDRIVER to adjust the door up or down.

ÉTAPE 6
Fixer le CADRE SUPÉRIEUR (H) au CADRE INFÉRIEUR (K). Serrer
quatre VIS TÊTE HEX 13 mm (14) à l’aide de la CLÉ EN L (8).
REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.
Répéter cette étape pour les autres CADRES.
ÉTAPE 5
Fixer les ENTRETOISES (G) au DESSOUS (F). Serrer quatre VIS
TÊTE HEX 30 mm (12) à l’aide de la CLÉ EN L (8).
REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.
ÉTAPE 4
Insérer trois CHEVILLES EN BOIS (3) dans les EXTRÉMITÉS (B et C)
et le MONTANT (D).
Fixer le DESSOUS (F) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (B et C) et au MONTANT (D).
Utiliser six VIS TÊTE GOUTTE DE SUIF 40 mm (11).
REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS des
EXTRÉMITÉS et du MONTANT dans le DESSOUS.
Guide d'utilisation de la visserie
UTILISATION DE LA EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE ET DE LA
VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE OU DE LA CHEVILLE D’EXCENTRIQUE
1.. REMARQUE : Plusieurs VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE ou une CHEVILLE
D’EXCENTRIQUE peut être utilisé.
Faire tourner la VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE ou taper doucement la
CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE jusqu'à ce que l'épaulement repose
sur la surface de la pièce.
2. Enfoncer un EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE dans la partie. La
flèche dans l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE doit être diriée vers
le trou dans le chant de la planche.
3. Insérer la VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE ou la CHEVILLE
D’EXCENTRIQUE dans l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE. Serrer
l’EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.
ÉTAPE 2
Insérer trois CHEVILLES EN BOIS (3) dans le DESSUS (A).
Fixer les EXTRÉMITÉS (B et C) et le MONTANT (D) au DESSUS (A).
Serrer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.
REMARQUE : S’assurer d’insérer les CHEVILLES EN BOIS du
DESSUS dans les EXTRÉMITÉS et le MONTANT.
ÉTAPE 3
Faire lisser l’ARRIÈRE (E) dans les rainures
des EXTRÉMITÉS (B et C) et du DESSUS (A).
ÉTAPE 1
Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide
pour éviter d'endommaer l'élément ou le sol.
Faire tourner six VIS D'EXCENTRIQUE (2) dans le DESSUS (A).
Enfoncer six EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1) dans les
EXTRÉMITÉS (B et C) et le MONTANT (D).

ÉTAPE 11
Décoller les APPLIQUÉS de la FICHE D'APPLIQUÉS (9) et coller
les sur chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.
REMARQUE : Prière de lire les informations importantes sur la
sécurité fiurant sur les paes arrière du manuel d’instructions.
Ceci complète l'assemblae. Nettoyer avec un tissu humide. Essuyer.
ÉTAPE 10
REMARQUE : Les pattes du GUIDE SUPÉRIEUR (5) doivent être
en bas avant de commencer cette étape.
Insérer les GUIDES INFÉRIEURS (6) dans la PORTE (L) en biseau
dans la rainure du DESSOUS (F). Incliner ensuite la PORTE (J) à
la verticale. Enfoncer les pattes du GUIDE SUPÉRIEUR (5) dans la
rainure du DESSUS (A).
REMARQUE : La PORTE doit lisser librement dans le rail.
REMARQUE : L’écart de la PORTE est rélable. Tourner la came
sur les GUIDES INFÉRIEURS (6) avec un TOURNEVIS À LAME
DROITE pour ajuster la porte vers le haut ou vers le bas.
ÉTAPE 7
Retourner l’ensemble sur ses bords arrière.
Fixer les CADRES (H et K) au DESSUS (A) et aux TABLETTES (L).
Serrer seize VIS TÊTE HEX 50 mm (15) à l’aide de la CLÉ EN L (8).
REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.
Fixer les CADRES INFÉRIEURS (K) aux ENTRETOISES (G). Serrer
quatre VIS TÊTE HEX 30 mm (12) à l’aide de la CLÉ EN L (8).
REMARQUE : Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de
tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.
ÉTAPE 8
1. Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale et
placer l'élément dans son emplacement final. Mettre une marque
à travers le centre du trou dans les CADRES SUPÉRIEURS (H).
Mettre votre unité vers le bas.
2. Percer un trou de 8 mm sur les marques.
3. Tout en pincer les ailes ensemble, enfoncer léèrement deux
DISPOSITIFS D’ANCRAGE MURAL (7) dans les trous jusqu’à ce
qu’ils soient à fleur avec la surface du mur.
Relever l’unité dans sa position verticale et placer les consoles
des CADRES SUPÉRIEURS (H) sur les DISPOSITIFS
D’ANCRAGE MURAL (7).
Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE GOUTTE DE SUIF 51 mm (16) à travers
les trous dans les CADRES SUPÉRIEURS (H) et dans les
DISPOSITIFS D’ANCRAGE MURAL (7).
REMARQUE : Il faudra tourner les VIS TÊTE GOUTTE DE SUIF
51 mm (16) de plusieurs tours pour serrer complètement et fixer
votre appareil au mur.
ÉTAPE 9
Fixer la POIGNÉE (4) à la PORTE (J). Utiliser deux VIS À
MÉTAUX 9,5 mm (10).
Fixer les GUIDES à la PORTE (J). Utiliser huit VIS TÊTE
PLATE 13 mm (13).
