Installation
Your phone should be placed on a level surface.
-Connect the handset and base unit with the coil cord.
- Connect the base unit to the telephone connection outlet using
the straight-line cord.
- Pick up the handset, confirm you can hear the dial tone and your
phone is ready to use for standard analog calling. If not, please try
disconnecting and reconnecting all the cords. Make sure that the
correctcords are inserted into the correct slots.
- NOTE: If you want to use the SOS remote control, you need to
connectthe phone to a mains power socket using the AC-DC adapter
plug provided (Output 5V 1A (Min 100mA)). The phone and emergency
button will now be ready to use for SOS calling.
Wall Mounting
-Use a 6 mm drill to drill hole at an appropriate place.
- Install the conduit.
- Screw a 27mm screw to hook the device securely.
To secure the handset when wall-mounted you must reverse the
plastic tab which is found beneath the earpiece cradle on the
phone base. Unclip this tab and rotate before reinserting. This
reveals a hook which will holdthe handset in place when upright.

Safety Instructions
1) Read all instructions before using this device.
2) This unit is an electrical device; do not use the
phonewhen it is wet. Unplug the telephone line and
power cord by disconnecting the modular jack before
removing the phone from the liquid.
3) Do not place the phone near a bathtub or shower
to avoid electrical shock.
4) Unplug the phone before cleaning it do not
useliquid or aerosol cleaners.
5) Do not open the equipment.

Using the Phone

To Receive a Call
Pick up handset or press SPEAKER button. SOS remote button
will also answer in speaker phone mode.
To End a Call
Pick up handset or press SPEAKER button.
Handsfree function
Press SPEAKER to dial and to talk by speakerphone. To
answer incoming call, press SPEAKER to start a conversation,
press it again to end the call.
Redial Last Number
Pick up the handset and then press REDIAL key to dial out
the last dialed number automatically.
Muting/Hold on Music
When you are on a call, but do not want the other side hear you,
you can press HOLD button to play the music to the other party.
Press the HOLD button again to resume call.
Flash Button
When there is an engaged tone or a wrong number, you can
press the FLASH button to hang up and make the next call.
Volume Boost
Press button with rocket icon to increase volumes – handset
and speaker - press again to resume the normal volume.
Factory Reset
Pick up the handset or press speaker button.
Press FLASH key and hold it for 3 sec until hear a long ‘beep’
sound. Enter the code *#06# and press flash key again.

Using Memory Keys

How to Install Memory Button Pictures
1. Print a picture of their face
2. Lay it under card cutting template and draw around face
3. Cut to the correct size
4. Unclip plastic memory button covers
5. Place your picture into the memory button you want
6. Replace plastic covers securely
To Store Numbers with Picture Keys
1. Pick up the handset
2. Press STORE button for 3-4 sec until a long ‘beep’ sounds
3. Input Number
4. Press STORE button for 1 sec - short ‘beep’ sounds
5. Press PICTURE BUTTON
6. Replace handset
To Make Calls with Picture Keys
Simply pick up the handset and press the picture/one-
touch memory key. The stored number will automatically be
dialed.
Store 10 Two-Touch Memories
1. Pick up the handset
2. Press STORE button for 3-4 sec until a long ‘beep’ sounds
3. Input Number
4. Press STORE button for 1 sec - short ‘beep’ sounds
5. Press Memory location 0 – 9
6. Replace handset.
To Make Calls with Two-Touch Memories
1. Pick up the handset
2. Press STORE button for 1 sec - short ‘beep’ sounds
3. Press Memory Location 0 – 9
4. Your stored number will be dialed.

To Delete One- and Two-Touch Memories
1. Pick up the handset or press SPEAKER button
2. Press STORE button for 1 sec - short ‘beep’ sounds
3. Enter *#*# and you will hear a longer ‘beep’ sound
signaling memory key reset.
NOTE: If time is taken to complete programming sequence you
may hear message from local network suggesting you hang up and
dial again – please ignore and complete sequence as described to
store numbers in memory.
SOS Dialing
NOTE: In emergency press the SOS remote or red SOS button on
phone base – this will switch phone to speaker mode and dial the 6
stored numbers on a loop. Loop dialing continues until phone is
answered.
On the receiving end the person will hear a recorded message
saying: “THIS IS AN EMERGENCY CALL, TO ACCEPT THIS CALL,
PRESS NINE”.
We recommend you inform contacts to expect this message
in an emergency (Max 30 x loops; range 20 meters).
NOTE: SOS function requires DC adapter power supply. And
this mode can be switched off using switch on front of
phonebase. Default is on.

Troubleshooting

No function
Unplug the phone, disconnect all cords and re-connect the cords.
No ringing or dial tone
1. Check the connection between the base unit and the wall socket.
2. Check the connection between the handset and the base unit.
3. Check if the telephone line is working by connecting
anotherdevice to the wall socket.
One ring only and the line is then broken
1. If you have connected the base unit to the wall socket along
withother devices via a multiple connector box, check it is
working.
2. Check if there are parallel units on the same line if so remove them.
SOS emergency dialing not working
1. Check the SOS switch on phone base is in ON position
2. Check DC adapter and power supply is normal
3. Check the SOS button is working (LED light on when
buttonpressed) – if not check batteries – spare provided.
4. SOS button lifespan: 200,000 presses
Factory Reset
1. Pick up the handset or press speaker button.
2. Press FLASH key and hold it for 3 sec until hear a long ‘beep’
sound. Enter the code *#06# and press flash key again – you
willhear long beep signaling all settings and stored memories
have been reset.
